Hisince today my google assistant couldn’t connect to the wifi. I tried to reboot my Sonos one and to reinstall the Google assistant but now I cannot even do that as Google assistant says it cannot find a device to pair with. Any insight?

I have a Sonos move and enables the Alexa voice assistant. I have set up Apple Music in bit the Alexa and Sonos app. When I ask the speak to play a specific song on apple it says it can't find it?! But I can play stations just for me!? Help please

Hi, I'm looking in to buy a Sonos play 5, currently I have a couple of Google assistant smart speakers. I was wondering if I could pair/sync them with a Sonos play 5 so that I can play the same music across devices or play only on certain devices. Thanks for your help.

Hi guys I plan to buy some Sonos One / Sonos One SL.I have a room where I would like to add 6 sonos speaker. I will probably use the sonos one for it size.2 Sonos one used with google assistant and 4 Sonos One SL.First question : do you think it is more efficient to add the 6 to one group or to pair them in stereo and add the 3 pairs to one group ?Second question : In that group I have 2 sonos with google assistant. Is it possible to control the group directly from the assistant ?Last one : f**k the size and take 2 Sonos Five. My 1st. Zone is Sonance Outdoor speakers with Amp My 2nd Zone is Sonance In Celling Speakers with AmpMy 3rd Zone is Marantz AV with 3rd party home theatre speakers  So. my question is can i connect Sonos Port to Marantz AV to make it 3rd different zone to play music at one time on all 3 different zones. Is it posible to connect Port to Marantz and how ?? 

Why is Sonos One voice recognition deteriorating?We have a Sonos One in the kitchen and Echo Flex linked to Playbar in the lounge.Sonos One recognises the Alexa prompt. But then doesn’t respond to commands.On the latest occasion, with no noise in the kitchen, no response from Sonos One but the Flex in the lounge picked up the alarm request.  When I asked Sonos One though, it confirmed alarm set on Flex - although I didn't know that at first. There was only one alarm set although I had repeated the request.Voice recognition seems to have deteriorated recently. I could understand if the kitchen was really noisy with background noise.  But it wasn’t. I was fairly close to the speaker and nothing.When we don’t want Alexa to respond, voice recognition works!  Any ideas?  We already recently reset Sonos One several times following advice with some Alexa/app issues.  And have set up voice control again. At first, there was a noticeable improvement in voice control.  But now it's really poor.

I have a group setup for our media room. When I enable Trueplay the speakers in the group no longer respond when I call for Alexa.Sup with that?

This issue has been posted again a few months ago and I am having the exact same issue. I could not see any resolution to this problem and the topic was closed. Hello,I wonder if you could tell me when will Sonos begin working with Alexa in Chile.I red a lot of comments related to Amazon servers capability, but I disagree. If the problem were Amazon servers, how could be possible for Amazon Dot or Amazon Echo Dot to work in Chile so well?I feel that Sonos is not interested in making an effort to solve this because we are a small market. What a shame! 

The radio one tuneln won’t stop when I give normal commands when I use google assistant. Do someone have a fix?  This problem came out of no were. 

Hi, we have a Ring doorbell, Sonos Arc and Alexa. We have had this set up since April no problem. There is a routine in place to tell the Arc if the doorbell is pressed to announce “someone is at the door”This has just suddenly stopped working. I have tried deleting the routine and trying again but nothing. Everything has been powered down etcThe doorbell is configured to ring on one of the Alexa Shows (as it always has been) but that is not set up to say someone is at the door but it is….Any ideas?Seems to have occurred have a SONOS update but that could be a coincidence 

Hello,Is it possible for Move to automatically group with my Playbase connected to tv using any home assistant or sensors of any kind or on routine activation? I am watching tv then go to the kitchen where Move stands. I want it to automatically group with Playbase so I can hear the tv. When I leave the kitchen I would like it to ungroup itself. Is it possible in any, proven and trustworthy way? 

Hi Guys,do you also face that many issues with Google Assistant connected with Play One ? I’m having 5+1 set with Playbar, one of back speakers is Play One which is synchronized sith Google Assistant. OMG I need sometimes wait 30 seconds for response, not completing the request etc. Anybody found out any solutions ?!Please support have a great day!!!

I know, I know....it's been asked a million times. How hard is it to adapt the S2 app for Apple TV and Android TV.It can't be that hard....surely?

I would like to change the default music streaming service to YT Music. RIght now it has Spotify, so if I say to Google Assistant, “PLAY XYZ” i it will search for it in Spotify, I have to say “PLAY XYZ in YouTube Music”I tried deleting Spotify as a music service, but now Google Assistant just says “sorry, Spotify not available in Sonos”Is there a way to change the default to YTMusic? I want to cancel Spotify altogether.THanksEmile

Hi folks,when watching tv my Google assistant on Sonos Arc self activated randomly with tv audio. It happens basically every day. Never happened before when I was using a Beam. My system is:Arc connected to LG C9  via eARC (tv audio de-activated)Gen 2 Sub2x Ones as surrounds any idea on how to solve this annoying issue? cheers 

I have the 2 Sonos S2 speakers and I don’t know how to connect my iPod touch as well as my very old Classic iPod. Could someone please help me with this?

Our house is filled with Sonos. We have a Sonos Play One in every room and our living room has a Sonos Playbar with two Sonos Play Ones for surround sound. We have echo dots in each room and have Alexa configured to use the Sonos speaker (in each room) as default. It has been working perfectly for years.Fast forward to now; Alexa no longer plays music through any of our Sonos speakers. Alexa now just plays music through the echo dot instead of the Sonos speakers.I have spent hours troubleshooting this and have done the following:Disabled Sonos skill in Alexa Removed Sonos speakers from Alexa Power cycled all Sonos speakers Added Sonos skill to Alexa and rediscovered the devices Reconfigured each room (group) in Alexa to use Sonos as defaultAll of my Sonos speakers have excellent network connectivity and are set with a static IP. Hi,I have a collection of tracks stored locally. I’m trying to play them on my One (S2) using Alexa, and I’ve installed various media servers and associated skills (Plex, My Media, our jukebox...).  Every time I ask Alexa to play a track using the appropriate syntax, I get a voiced error “Playing music on provider XXX is not supported”, with XXX being Plex, etc.Has anybody else run this issue?Thanks,-marc

I want to disable the "start sound" that sets of when I say "Hey Google".Obviously I want to have Google assistent activated, but the sound annoys my girlfriend. I found how to do turn the sound of in Google Nest products (se link below). But I don't find how to do it on my Sonos products (or if it's even possible). HelloI have playbar linked to Echo Flex.  Recently I asked Alexa to set volume to 2 and it went really quiet (read inaudible).  I realised that volume settings were working as 1 to 100 :)2 would do 2% and 22 would be about a quarter of full volume as expected.But now it seems to be back to the 1 to 10 big steps in volume.  I see there are old threads about this (from 2 to 3 years ago).  But I’m hoping something changed.  Alexa was definitely working fine a few days or so ago.I did try disabling and re-enabling the Sonos skill for what it’s worth (it was recommended to fix a similar issue on another thread) but this hasn't worked.Is 1 to 100 volume setting possible - I know it was before! Thank you
