Helloi have a NAD streamer  (bluos DAC C658) and am contemplating getting Era speakers for around our house. Can I use this DAC to stream music to different Era 300 and 100 speakers (in different rooms) over my WIFI? Anything I need to keep in mind for the setup or when using this combination? Thanks! 

I have a sonos ARC and sound keeps cutting out for 1-2 seconds and then picks back up. My sonos was fine for about 1 week after purchasing but now the sound will cut out periodically. Here is my diagnostics number 103248445. How can I fix this issue?

 I hate my Roam (Even more) Seriously, what an unreliable product this is and I regret investing 200 dollars or 4500 pesos Mexicanos on this expensive paperweight that only makes me angry.   After more than 8 months, after replacing my Roam once again, after getting in touch with Tech Support and being told to contact my provider TotalPlay and setup my router which I don’t know and I don’t think anyone in my home knows either and is willing to change just because my Roam has unstability issues,      I keep having these unstability issues with my Roam: music cutting out regardless  of the Music Source, Apple Music, Spotify, even AirPlay stops playing randomly, Alexa, Sonos Voice Control, and chiefly,  Google Assistant work  very unrreliable, and even with Bluetooth there are audio dropouts for 1 second every 15 to 20 minutes or so. No network issues at all, no wireless interference, everything, Absolutely Everything else works rock solid in our Wifi network at hom

Working on my outdoor set up. I have optical connection. Running a long distance from outside TV. I want to put a Sonos amp outside, but don’t know how to adapt Sonos amp to optical connection coming in. 

i would like to know until which year sonos shall provide battery replacement support on sonos move speaker. if anyone knows answer to this, kindly reply. 

My internet connection is with 3 on a Zyxel router/modem connected in passthrough mode to an Edgerouter X. If the connection is over the 4g phone network the Sonos app connects to BBC sounds on the first try. If the modem is connected to the 5g phone network the Sonos app can take up to 10 attempts to connect to BBC Sounds. Similar problems but less often with Apple Music. Has anyone else experienced this? I should say that the internet connection is 60mbps on 4g and 300 on 5g with pings in the 30ms range.I have been unable to explain this to Sonos support as they get endlessly distracted by confusing 5g network connection with 5Ghz wifi.

Title says it all. Hard to tell from the technical drawings and dimensions of the new Era 100.Kicking off a kitchen remodel and would like a stereo pair of 100’s. Looks like the width of the shelf is good, but I worry about the depth. Want it to look clean and not janky. Because this is going in a kitchen and the outlet shelfs will be mounted against a tile backsplash, I do not want to consider an actual mount that screws through the wall/backsplash. Need ability to remove/upgrade down the road.  Era 100 = 7.18in H, 4.72in W, 5.14in DSanus Outlet Shelf = 6.84in H, 4.77in W, 5.32in D

hi all,I own a gen1 system composed of a playbar and a sub and a few play 1 speakers.I would like to upgrade my playbar to a Beam Gen2will it work with the rest of my setup?thanks mucho  

I have a Beam Gen 2 plus mini sub. I have just bought two Era 100s. I want to use them as surrounds (have done that). During the setup I said yes to stereo pairing, but that’s not in fact what I want.  I want the 100s as separate speakers in a group with the Beam, all playing the same full stereo music (for max volume in party situation).  Do I need to undo the stereo pairing before grouping the speakers by playing music on the Beam and holding down the play/pause button on each 100?  If so how do I do that?  Once done how easy will it be to switch between surround mode and grouped?

Does the 3/28 “Hi Res” and Apple Music Classical update mean that we’ll also be able to stream regular lossless (CD quality audio - 16-bit/44.1 kHz) through the Apple Music service via the Sonos iPhone app and Mac app?

The service from YouSee Musik suddenly stopped for SONOS. I have tried to remove the YouSee Musik service and wanted to connect I again but now it is no longer on the list of selectable services in SONOS. Anyone knows of changes between SONOS and YouSee?

I bought a "beam" and now I'm undecided whether to add Era 100 or Era 300. Does era 300 make sense with a beam? Does Atmos work in the sound round Era 100 + beam configuration or only with Era 300? In addition to these I will also buy a sub-mini. Thank you

The S2 app’s media progress indicator does NOT work the same consistently throughout the music sources?  For example, I can drag it in Spotify but NOT when listening to prerecorded shows in SiriusXM.  It’s easily my least favorite thing about Sonos.  For years, I’ve found myself relistening to parts of hours longs shows that I’ve already heard just to get to the parts I haven’t heard.  I just want to be able to drag the progress bar forward and backwards in these types of recordings.  

Problem:In Spotify I can only select the last group as a device or the separate speakers if there is no current existing group. Reason:This is really annoying, because I have to switch to the Sonos app every time I want to play on a custom Sonos group. Solution:Other companies are able to sync the individual devices and the groups to Spotify as a device. This results in the following device list in Spotify: * Kitchen* living Room* Bedroom* Custom group (Kitchen, living room) Why is it so complicated to implement the same behaviour like for Google or Amazon devices?

Sonos ARC S19 connected with HDMI cable, not Fiber Optic. HDMI 3 Arc on TV connected to HDMI on Sonos. I have rebooted both TV and Sonos. I have switched HDMI cables. When I press Settings on TV controller, scroll to Audio output, and scroll down to select Audio system, it says, “Switching audio to external speakers.” Ten seconds later it says, “Audio system is unavailable. Switching to TV speakers.” When I disconnect TV and Sonos from power for 2 minutes, and plug them back in, it says, “Switching audio to external speakers.” Ten seconds later it says, “Audio system is unavailable. Switching to TV speakers.” In the Sonos app on my iPhone, when I go to Home Theater > TV Setup, it says, “Let’s get your Sonos connected to your TV.” After the required steps it says, “Audio System not connected.” The four tiny white LEDs on the Sonos sound bar indicate it is working properly. Hi, i have a beam gen 2 + sub mini and a pair of era 100 as surround speakers.Im thinking to upgrade to era 300 for surround for the beam.Is it possible to connect a pair of era 300 with a pair of era 100 for playing music?I would only use the era 300 + era 100 for playing music and switch to surround for movies.

I have a large indoor room (kitchen/living/dining combo almost 1000 sq ft) and would like accomplish 2 things with Sonos:  1.  Greatly enhance sound quality of TV sound but don’t need a truly immersive experience.  2.  Play music while cooking and entertaining.  I also have a large outdoor covered deck. Want to accomplish exact same goals outside as above stated for indoor room. Outdoor area is 1050 sq ft What would you recommend?  Thanks very much!!!

Opening this thread to add some details of my experience so far with the product and its setup - on 5GHz WiFi network in particular.  In short, the the hardware of SYMFONISK Bookshelf Gen2 appears to support only the lower frequency channels of the 5 GHz WiFi spectrum, which is a bummer. I use the TP-Link Omada setup and have enabled the AI based WiFi band optimization to run once a week (which enabled it to function much more efficiently and I have never had any problem with it on my other devices); after one such run is when the device fell off the network and could not connect back. However it continued to funciton normally the moment I enabled 2.4 GHz network with the same SSID.Post reaching out to Sonos support - to arrive at no conclusion, resetting my Sonos device once and going through all the logs on my network end, I figured out that the device does not support higher frequency channels such as 149, 157, etc.The moment I manually c

Since Trueplay does its best to measure the acoustic space I was wondering if it could report on a best effort reverb / RT60 measurement to help with understanding echo and reverb in a room.  it would have to expose some sort of report after tuning a room - something like the room could benefit from a bass trap or reverb is highest in these frequencies and maxes between 1 and 2 seconds or all frequencies tested except X are below 50 ms etc  

I have a Sonos amp w 6 outdoor speakers and a sub.  I have been listening without issue for about 2 months and out of the blue, 3 speakers (left channel) have gone out.  Still listening to the right channel speakers w/out issue.  Before I start digging up my landscape any suggestions?

I’m converting an old barn that is 35 x 32. The walls are 11’ and go up to a peak that is 23’. How many speakers shold I mount around the space for a great music sound? Where should they be mounted? And chich speakers should I purchase?

Hi! I've decidced to change my current setup with Sonos and i'm not familiar with its capabilities.I'm interested in getting one Beam and two Moves. I would like the two moves to move around the house and when it's time for movie to pair them for stereo with the beam and eventual sub.Would that be possible and if so would you suggest to be good idea or is there a flaw in my desire.As addition will it be possible to stream the sound from PC to sonos and a wall projector at the same time without any additional complication and/or latency?Best regards!
