Working on my outdoor set up. I have optical connection. Running a long distance from outside TV. I want to put a Sonos amp outside, but don’t know how to adapt Sonos amp to optical connection coming in.

Thank you. However, I already have a long optical cable in place and put inside the wall. I need some type of adapter that is optical in with HDMI out.
That’s precisely what the Sonos adapter does. You may of course need to add a female-to-female optical adapter on the end of your cable.
