I own over a dozen active Sonos devices. In my online account (on sonos.com) one of those devices does not reflect the room rename I’ve done. It is listed as “Move” rather than the new name. Only one of my devices has this problem, which is a bit odd. On the local network, the rename was successful.Any ideas what’s preventing the rename from being reflected in my account?
I have ikea sonos speakers have had problemsbut how can i uninstall speakers from the app
I had to change my router today. I tried to reconnect my system to the new router but the app is only finding one out of 10 speakers and will not let me proceed. One Symfonisk picture frame speaker (one of a stereo pair) is connected, the app states it is one of a stereo pair but only one is showing on the app.
I have a very complete sonos system, which consists of an Arc sound bar, a subwoofer and two One speakers for the TV room and a Sonos Move speaker. It has worked very well for a long time, but since I installed an Asus Wifi 6 Mesh system, only Sonos has problems. Everything works perfectly except Sonos. I have to turn off the router every week to get it to work again and it is a real desperation since it coincides with when I feel like watching TV relaxing when I get home. I turn off the router, wait five minutes for the Internet to pick up, and my five Mesh nodes to dock, and everything works again for another week. I have been complaining about this problem for a long time and there is no solution. I won't buy another Sonos product until this is fixed.
Hello, can I ask for any answers to be given in idiot speak please, thanks. For the last decade I’ve been using a play 5 1st gen speaker connected by a cable from line in to a DAC box, with an optical cable from the DAC to the TV on all tv’s we used in the lounge. The play 5 has now been swapped out with an Era 100 using the same connection method as before. I used an apple adapter into the speaker without success and am now awaiting the delivery of the Sonos adapter.I’m hoping this will work. Any advice would welcome, like do I still need to use the DAC box or is there any other equipment I may need? Thanks for reading J

My Play 1 works well with ethernet hook up with EERO wifi router. But will not link to wifi. When I try to connect it searches products and does not find my Play 1 . Any wifi compatibility issues with EERO mesh system? Thx
Music stops playing on my Sonos One after a few minutes. The Sonos app on my iPad show music is playing. But the speaker is silent. I can open Apple Music app and AirPlay music to it. What’s going on there. Strange things like failure to connect have been common. I’ve tried to be patient, but frankly this is stupid.
So I have a TV room as my main room with an Arc soundbar and a Left/Right set of speakers. For music to play across the whole home in Spotify, I have 5 other rooms added in on the app. I’ve had this setup for years working fine. But just recently the grouped in rooms keep disappearing one or more times a day. I’ll have “TV Room + 5” showing in Spotify (the 5 extra amps driving other rooms). Then awhile later all 5 have been unchecked in the app and Spotify only shows “TV Room”. Really annoying that my other rooms keep dropping out. Also, I have it setup with an Xbox to pickup the sound input from the Xbox vs the music system and for years that’s worked no problem. About the same time every once in awhile, one or more times a day all of a sudden the sound just stops playing when watching tv on the Xbox and when I look at the app, its back to playing from a music source. Are these some of the bugs in the new app and are they going to be addressed?
Brand new Beam been working great now won’t show up. Play 3 worked for a while then wouldn’t group now won’t show up. Both will go through learn process but won’t finish.

Lo he intentado muchas ocasiones y no logro conectarlo.NECESITO AYUDA. Changing my Wi-Fi required a complete reinstall of the systems. Using the new S2 app, this completely failed.I have the following hardware:1xArc2xone (gen 2) - surround1xsub (gen 1) I reset all to factory settings. Only arc plugged in initially. open appAdd arc. This worked. Plug in two One’s and put them in reset mode (green slow flash) In app go to settings > room > add surround > add surround (from popup) = instant “no devices found”dead end swear repeat with same result I can’t see the debug logs from the app.Call support to be told there is an 80 minute wait, at 17:00 on a Friday when they close at 18:00post here any ideas?
Multiple speakers are unusable and won’t play.volume bar shows nothing
I have a Sonos one speaker directly plugged into my router via Cat 5 Ethernet cable. The speaker is about 100 feet away from my router. But is hard wired in. Sometimes my speaker will play all day long, sometimes the speaker will play for 30 seconds. The Ethernet cable is good. I have done a factory reset in the speaker. Why do I have so much trouble using this speaker? Do I need to set it up as a group? I have had issues with this forever now and can’t seem to figure out what the issue is. Please help!!
ERA 100 is my first Sonos equipment. I attempted to set it up using the SONOS app on my iPhone. The set up went through smoothly. But at the end, I got this message: “Your Era 100 has been added but may not appear in your System. If so, unplug the power cord and plug it back in to finish setup from System Settings”. I followed these instructions, but my Era 100 did not show up in the systemI have repeated this step several times by factory resetting the Era 100 and trying again. It does not work.Any idea to resolve this issue will be very much appreciated.
I get various error codes: 30, 1000, blah blah. It’s all nonsense.I spent 3.5 hours on the phone with two different Support people, over two different sessions, only to have the second guy tell me at the end of 2 hours that I am hitting a KNOWN issue/bug with THEIR system, and that they will email me when it’s fixed. The next day (4 days ago) Level 2 Support sends me a “try these things” email -- all of which was already tried. The email references my case number, so it’s as if they never read the case.Factory resets were tried. Connecting the Play:1 to wifi and ethernet cable were tried. Uploaded multiple sets of diagnostics.I replied to that email, asking when their issue would be fixed… still no reply 4 days later. Looks like the Sonos platform is not what it used to be.I’ve had issues in the past, and always received excellent support, but that was a few years ago.Seems those days are gone...
I have 2 speakers on a Sonos amp. Can I pair the amp with a Sonos 1? Also, can I pair a Sonos Move to them as well?
So check this out. I wasted the better part of this last weekend troubleshooting our Sonos speakers at home. Good times. Honestly all of the thousands of $$$ spent on these things… was so close to all winding up in the dumpster/landfill. I recently upgraded our home network to Ubiquiti from a Chinese mesh platform. Generally works about 1000% better, but with the mesh we had the option of putting a puck near these speakers and connecting with a LAN cable. Now we are 100% wireless. I followed all of the provided steps to remedy, but no matter what I tried devices would not add back to the system even after a factory reset. Until I realized that one old play:1 was connected with ethernet. Once I pullled the cable out of that guy everything was fine… minus some minor issues. My question is now “why the hell is this a problem?” They were still all on the same network and I would like to be able to hard wire some devices to reduce the number of wireless clients for performance reasons, b
You guys should develop a mini speaker that would plug directly into a power outlet like a nightlight, so we can put them all over our house with no wires… you could call it the “Sonos Plug” 🤗
Sonos Era 100s disconnected, cannot reconnect
I updated my app and lost connection with my speakers. I have 3 p1. After many hours I was able to connect 2 speakers. One is on Ethernet and the other is WiFi. No matter what I do I can not get the 3rd to connect! Any ideas? I’m not tech savvy but willing to try
When I target a speaker using AirPlay, its group is reset and I have to create the group again. This happens very consistently for all my speakers and from all my devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad). Is this a known bug?
my Sonos system is gone after replacing my nbn battery. They have disappeared from my Sonos app and my phone can’t find them or re add them. Does anyone know what I should do ?
I got a Sonos Arc from USA. I know the device itself switches to 220V (range 110-240V) but the power cable is rated 125V. Can I use the same power cable in India (220V) or should I get a new power cable from India
