Sonos and changing wifi

We updated our router a few weeks ago. Our Sonos Systems (Play 3are having difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi. We’ve tried rebooting, and it will, and Sonos One) l works for a nanosecond and then stops working again.  We are constantly rebooting the system or trying to hook to the router, but all have been unsuccessful. I tried calling Sonos customer service but was on the phone for an hour waiting for someone to answer.  I’m looking for suggestions for other things I could try. If it matters, we have Verizon.

Ensure the new router is 802.11b/g/n backward compatible and that the 2.4Ghz band is using WPA2 personal security mode.

If using WiFi ensure the correct case sensitive SSID is shown in the mobile Sonos App network settings and perhaps check the password is correct too via the ‘update networks’ option.

Check that everything meets the requirements shown in these two links…

As a quick further test, see if perhaps wiring one device only to the router (and rebooting the other speakers) resolves the matter for you too.

When I swapped routers I cloned the original SSID and password.
