Play 3 (x2) failing update (error 1013)

Hi, I own several Sonos products. Playbar + Sub, 3 x Play3 and 1 x Play1. Issues have occurred after I have changed router (attempting to migrate from old network to new)

Some devices have moved over onto new wireless network without any issues, Playbar + Sub, 1 x Play3 and 1 x Play1 are working fine.

2 x Play3 are not working correctly, They are both seen under the “Rooms” list with the correct names, but both say “needs update” and have a “spanner” icon next to them.

If I click on the device (on iPhone App / Sonos S1) it tried to go through the update process on both devices but both fail giving error code 1013. I have tried all the suggested steps but I now appear to be stuck in the doom loop.

Anyone experienced this or got a possible resolution?

Many thanks :)

Here is the cause of the error from Sonos’ support site:

Did you use multiple devices to try and update the Play 3s?

How far away from your router are they?

Maybe temporarily hook them to your main router with Ethernet?
