I’ve been using the KISS service for a couple years now, but for the last few weeks it only lets me stream Kiss, Kisstory and Kiss Fresh. It won’t stream Kiss Fresh, Garage or Dance anymore.The stations appear in the list but as soon as I hit play nothing happens. I also have the dedicated Kiss app on my phone and that plays all the stations with no problems... but would love to start paying them through Sonos again. Any ideas?

My TV is mounted on the Sanus Swivel TV Base. The metal baseplate is a tad over 1/4” thick, and I am not sure there is enough clearance under the midsection of the arc. Recently purchased a new Macbook M1 (2020) with Big Sur OS. I’m now unable add my music library that sits in my Music folder and another music folder on my external hard drive.I get the messages “computer refused to let Sonos connect to it” and sometimes a message saying it cannot find my computer.I have tried EVERYTHING including:Enabled file sharing - adding/ticking the relevant folders in System Preferences Shortened/change computer name - making sure it matches the name in network settings Checked if approved as an incoming connection in firewall settings Checked if added in Full Disk Access and Accessibility within the Privacy options Was on the phone with customer service for a good hour+ to no help.Are Sonos speakers currently not compatible with Big Sur/Apple M1 issue?? 

Hi - recently I’ve had this issue - every time I search for a radio station and click on “stations” to refine the search, the app crashes.  I’ve cleared the cache, I’ve re-installed the app and it hasn’t resolved it.I’m using the S1 app, a Samsung S20, and have the following services installed:Sonos RadioAmazon MusicRadio Paradise extensionTuneIn Radio thanks

Ok so I’m somewhat new to this and the people at best buy made me believe that this would work but I’m hitting a deadend.  here’s what I have6 Sonos sl12 Sonos sub gen31 Sonos arci was trying to connect 1 arc 2 subs and 4 sl1. Currently it’s only letting me connect 1 arc 2 subs 2 sl1.running this setup on Sony Bravia xbr85x900hplease shed some wisdom anyone.

Hi everyone and apologies as this is probably well trodden ground but I'm annoyed that I can't enjoy my sizeable blu ray collection with surround sound on my beam. Does anyone have a (hopefully cheap) recommendation for a player to player 4k and normal blu rays and output DTS as DD5.1? I have a ps5 and hoped that would give me the option but alas no. I also have an Xbox series s (obviously no disc drive) so don't really want to go down the one s route. Any tips would be appreciated 

Hello! We just purchased a Bluetooth enabled record player and we are trying to figure out how to play the sound through our new Sonos Arc system (Arc + a few Ones + subwoofer), but having no luck. All the chat threads here refer to the Play:5. Do we need to buy something else to get this to work? Nice, new and highly-rated record player doesn’t seem to connect as easily as we thought even though BT enabled. No line-in on the new Arc (other than HDMI). We welcome any/all insights please! TIA.

is there any chance to connect SYMFONISK to a television?

I bought a sound bar to put under the television and 2 separate speakers. I was disappointed to see that at Sonos we completely mock environmental issues by relentlessly applying planned obsolescence. Since mid-2020 I no longer had all the functionality on my smartphone but I could still program music. Since the beginning of 2021 it is finished, By opening this application I receive an update message but I cannot do it. And if I try to install Sonos S2 I get the mention that this app cannot be installed because my software version is too old. It is unacceptable !!!

I’m running a pro-ject turntable into the sonos pre-amp and then a into sonos five speaker. Is it possible to add the sonos sub to this setup?bonus question: if I can add the sub, can that same sub be used with my sonos playbar, which is only used with the TV? (both are in the same room). thanks 

I recently added a Sonos Five and turntable to my system.  The turntable is plugged into the speaker via Line-in.  When I stream music to the Five (or to a group that it is in), I have to click play multiple times.  At first it looks like it is going to start playing the queue, but then it just stops.  Also if I pause, it loses track of where in the song it paused and I have to start the song over.  It’s a minor grievance, but wondering if anyone else has encountered this and has a solution.

We have 2 Mac desktop computers in our house, both running Mac OS 10.4.6 (Mojave),ITunes 12.9.5.5.We have a Sonos Beam with 2 Sonos One Speakers and a Sonos sub.We are using Sonos App 12.2.2 and everything is S2.One of our desktop Macs (a MacBookPro) can play music via iTunes/Airdrop to the Sonos system without any problem.However the other Mac (an iMac) is unable to connect to the Sonos system, even when the MBP is turned off. We just get a message that iTunes in the iMac is unable to find a system to connect to.Both computers are on the same wireless network with wifi turned on.Can anyone help us figure out why one computer’s iTunes can connect via AirPlay 2 and the other one cannot? This would help in fixing the problem.thanksCaroline 

My original Sonos Move had to be replaced back in January as it was in a permanent fault state (red flashing charging light) and wouldn’t charge. My replacement Move just flashed this red light again when I put it on the charger, and required a reboot to carry on playing music.   This is the first time I’ve seen this behaviour - i.e the first model just died with no prior warning and my replacement has continued to work. It is now working again as normal, but now I’m paranoid I’m going to have a situation like my first Move! Is this a known issue? Cheers. (Diags Submitted 710121452)

Hello,   I have a 2019 Sony XBR A8G connected to a Playbar (paired with two play:1s for 5.1) via optical cable.    Whenever the source audio is Dolby Digital, there is a slight delay in the audio and is behind the video. When I override the audio to stereo or PCM, either through TV settings or source device (Amazon 4K Firestick), the audio syncs up perfectly.    This leads me to believe that the lag gets introduced by the Sony TV when it “passes through” the Dolby digital signal to the playbar.    Has anyone found a fix for this through the TV’s settings? Sony support isn’t very helpful. Potential workaround is an HDMI switch to split audio before it gets to tv, but not sure if that’ll introduce other headaches. 

I have the following setup:-Sony X950G with eArc output-Apple TV 4K-Sonos Arc with two Sonos Ones 5.1 setup and  sonos boostSo my problem is, whenever I play dolby atmos content on apple tv, the center channel sound on sonos arc shifts back and forth to sonos ones, which is quite disturbing. Its like sonos arc is incapable of handling the atmos content, gives up and all sound is coming from sonos ones for few seconds and then suddenly arc picks up the sound again. Non Dolby Atmos content plays just fine.Anyone has any idea what’s going on!? I haven’t been able to enjoy Atmos content for once since I have bought this sonos arc in August. 

I just upgraded my Macbook Pro to Big Sur, and now everything in my Downloads folder no longer shows up in my Sonos Music Library. I deleted and readded my Downloads folder but it’s not actually adding any of the music within it. I followed the steps here to no avail:https://support.sonos.com/s/article/2401  

both the Beam and Nvidia Shield only has 1 HDMI port the Projector has 2 HDMI (one MHL) inputs and 1 3.5MM AUX Audio out.I’m not trying to use the AUX out because that can only support 2 channels and what i want is 5.1 Surround sound at the very least. so what I’m wondering is if I connect the HDMI from the Shield to the Projector for the Video, can I choose the audio from the Shield to play on the SONO Beam though the the Wifi network connection? and the Beam would send audio to the SONOS Ones?  

I’ve added Apple Music to the Music services in the Sonos app but in some headings in My Music such as albums I get the dreaded message “we’ve run into a problem”. This is for my own Music that I’ve downloaded to Apple Music. Strangely most songs show under Songs, with some greyed out, but no albums show and I get the error message.  Playlists direct from Apple Music display and play ok. I’ve tried re-authorising Apple Music, removing it and restarting the iPhone as per other posts on this. None works. I’ve contacted both Sonos and Apple. Each blames the other and can’t offer a solution. It happens on all devices - iOS, macOS and Windows.  Has anyone got any other solutions please? Thanks

My Sonos Play 1 keeps playing random music from spotify that isnt in my library around 6am everyday - I have no idea how to stop or how its even doing this!  It has happend 3 times now I have even began turning off my wifi and bluetooth on my phone but it still keeps doing it! Any help please?

Ordered an Sonos Arc late last year and was very excited to see it delivered on Christmas instead of projected early January date. Box was badly damaged and the speaker grill was dented. I’ve reached out to Sonos to initiate a swap but I haven’t heard back in a week odd. Anyone have any experience with dealing with this sort of this? Needless to say I was very excited to finally get the Arc and to see it come in all beat to hell was really upsetting. BK

Hi,I´m having trouble with my Sonos move and want to sync it with Sonos one (that I can now use)Both come up on the app, but when I press the Sync button is comes up as ´you have to have 2 compatable Sonos products to sync´   and thats it.Can you help please? Best,Lilja

Whenever I ask my Sonos Beam to play music using, “Alexa, shuffle songs by the McGuire Sisters” and later stop the music with “Alexa, stop”, I’ve noticed that the Beam will be in Muted state and cannot be unmuted verbally. I must manually grab the remote for my connected Roku TV and raise the Volume from 0 to 40.For example, say I’m watching YouTube on the full-HDMI connected Roku TV (TCL brand with CEC enabled), using my HP PC’s web browser. I hear audio fine at the expected Volume level (40). I then listen to a random song via Alexa – the Sonos/Roku volume remains 40 – then ask it to stop, as outlined above. Music ceases playing, as expected. Resuming the paused YouTube video, however, results in no sound! Volume level is now 0 (but never actively displayed on-screen as such).Saying, “Alexa, volume 4”, or pressing the PC’s up-vol button on the keyboard (I realize that’s a separate volume setting, but I want to assure readers here that it’s at max. vol.), doesn’t help.
