My Beam does not appear in the Products in system settings. If I add the PlayOnes it disappears. I am logged in. I tried all things mentioned in this post about turning of private network, etc.:  I have iOS 15.4.1; The Sonos app is 14.6 build 68228040  

I’m debating adding two One SLs as surrounds to my Sonos Beam 2.After I add the two surrounds, does this improve the audio of the Sonos Beam 2 by redirecting some of the previous channels the Beam was outputting to the new surrounds and therefore widening the soundscape of the Beam 2?Or does the Beam 2 continue outputting the same audio as before the surrounds and the surrounds simply get extra sounds not present before?Just wondering if adding the surrounds further improves the audio quality coming out of the Beam 2 basically.

Hi all,On my Sonos App both on the Mac and the iPhone I had all of my Artists, Albums, Songs, etc. under Music Library. I ripped a couple of CDs and added those to my iTunes library and then ran the Update Music Library Now function. After I did that I now only have two artists under the Music Library, with the entire iTunes collection is now labeled as ‘Imported Playlists’. How do I get the Artists, Songs, Albums, etc. out of the Imported Playlists and under the Music Library like it was prior?My iTunes library is running on a Synology NAS. All has been working fine until yesterday.Any thoughts or suggestions would be great.Thanks,Ed

Hello, I am having an issue securing my Sonos speakers in a commercial tourism environment.  I currently have 2 Sonos One speakers and am looking to add about 7 - 10 more speakers to the system.I have them on their own separate password protected wifi but guests with the Sonos app are still able to find the speakers and screw around with things like volume controls and pairing settings.  We see hundreds of guests a day and have a wine lounge and bar so some guests get antsy with the music after a drink or two.  Here is my set up: Running a Ubiquiti Unifi Network with 4 separate wifi networks:3 are secured networks1 is a public guest access channel used for guest access (required for marketing, etc). Networks are:Guest (open to internet for guest access, metered, email authenticated)Music (for Sonos exclusively, secured, not discoverable)Staff (for staff, connection to server, firewall protected server)Payment terminal gateway (for credit card machines, etc, third party firewall protect

My 2 Symfonisks in my home office on the 2nd floor stops playing regularly. The other Sonos devices are working properly. I'm guessing it's wireless related, but I'm using SonosNet and the Symfonisks are not more than 3 meter away from the Play:1s. Another thing is that it’s also difficult to connect using Airplay to the Symfonisks and when it's connected it will disconnect after a short while.My setup is: Ground floor Living: Playbar (connected to router with ethernet cable) - Sub - 2x One as surround Ground floor Veranda: 2x One (pair) First floor Bedroom: 2x Play:1 (pair) Second floor: 2x Symfonisk (pair)All devices show WM:0Could you please advice what would be the set up?

Hi, we have old sky boxes and have been putting off switching to sky Q with poor broadband and also because we heard there were issues with Sonos compatibility. I can see there are a lot of problems on here but a lot from quite a while ago and with gen 2 products. We have the original sound bar and sub with the sonos 1s as the surround speakers in one room and the first sonos beam in the other.  Is this likely to have any issues if we change to Sky Q? Hello all,I have successfully added and authorized the BBC Sounds app within Sonos, but get an empty window with the message ‘Can’t browse music’. I am in the UK. I can’t see any mention of this problem anywhere. Any suggestions?Thanks 

Since today, my apps (iOS, Windows, 3rd party, ...) no longer show album art, title, artist, progress bar, etc. when I start songs by voice with Alexa. In these cases, the music is then streamed directly from https://d3rz60g1mtspwx.cloudfront.net and the info set is also reduced. I switched the source of an alarm to BBC Radio 1 on BBC Sounds. It was previously set to the same station but on Tune In and has worked flawlessly for around 5 years. In the two days since I changed source I've been woken with the Sonos chime. I'm running S2 although I've only been on S2 for about a week. Anyone else have this issue?Cheers

I have a stereo pair of nest audios in the living room and i’m thinking of upgrading to either a pair of google home max or sonos 5. I was leaning towards sonos since its not a discontinued product and in future i’ll be able to add more speakers for home cinema etc. i was thinking i’d be keep a nest audio to voice control the sonos, glad i found this forum to check! as i understand it i won’t be able to voice control a stereo pair for playing music, changing volume etc and it all has to be done by phone or physically? and simple things like setting an alarm doesn’t work at all even if it wasn’t a stereo pair? 

Hi...I have a Beam (V1) mounted under my TV for listening to video. I have my favorite old Pioneer SX-727 receiver for listening to music. How can I use the speakers wired to the Pioneer as my rear channels when listening to video? Is the Sonos Port product what will allow me to pick of the rear-L and rear-R channel, and plug them in as an Aux source on the receiver? (To be clear: Not trying to get audio out of the Pioneer into Sonos, only Rear channels out of Sonos into Pioneer.)  Thank you...Chris  

I would love to get the Pro-Ject T1 and hook it up to an entertainment system with 2x sonos one speakers (gen 2), a gen 3 amp, and an arc. Is that possible? 

I have an Arc, Sub, 2 One SL, and a Boost. 2-3 times per week (that I’ve noticed) Sonos disconnects from my WiFi. I know my WiFi is alive as I work from home and am always connected. I usually notice when I ask Alexa a question and my Arc doesn’t respond. After a few minutes, everything comes back alive. Today I noticed a disconnect and I saw my Sonos devices connect thru the app.  Are there any logs that I can check to determine if it’s a problem with my Boost, Arc, or my WiFi?

Hi everyone. First of all I beg excuses for my english.My room has the following configuration: two stereo Five’s and a Sub (gen 2). Five’s are new. The sub is a refurbished one bought on Sonos site in december ‘21.The sub performs correctly. But two minutes after stopping music reproduction, you can hear one single soft “pop”. Hello,Is it possible to connect YAMAHA RX-VX85 to Sonos AMP just as a FM radio source? There are no speakers connected to YAMAHA RX-VX85. Just the SONOS AMP, 4 IN-Ceilling Speakers, SUB and soundbar.

I'm struggling with where to position my Sonos Arc for atmos sound effect.  The Arc paired with two sonos ones as rear speakers.  My room size is 19ft long x 13ft wide and 7.5ft high with the sofa on the opposite wall 19ft away from the arc.  My TV is mounted on the wall and I was wondering;- Would i be better mounting the sonos on the wall or on the TV unit?- If it is on the wall, how high off the ground should it be?- I have seen videos about angling the speaker to gain a better sound.... is this the case? Any help is much appreciated!

I have just “upgraded” from Connect:Amp to Amp.Previously, I had a Connect:Amp working as a main music player, but when I played the TV through a Playbar, the Connect:Amp would feed surround sound to the attached speakers.I now find with the new Amp that there is only the option to use the Amp as a main source OR as surrounds (front or rear). Can it really be that Sonos has removed functionality from the new product or am I missing something?

Good morning everyone! I’ve been struggling to get the soundbar to work appropriately with my television. I’m constantly having to monitor the volume levels while watching programs because the action will be super loud and the dialogue very quiet. I have the app and see that I only have three settings to work with: bass, treble, loudness. Is there any other function or program I can do to level this out? Is the lack of Apple Music lossless support a Sonos Issue (haven’t got to it yet) or an Apple issue (not allowing other providers to access the lossless streams)?I actually think Airplay does sound better, but that is not why I bought Sonos speakers. Thanks
