Hi,Due to some wifi improvement I want to remove my boost. I did it by just unplugging it but then of course my devices are not recognized anymore.It's not possible to get the system working anymoreOn the forum I see that you actually need to remove a device in the app first, but I can only find these topics about a BRIDGE, and not about a BOOST.The app doesnt have an option to remove a Boost either.Is the best option to re-install my whole system again? And how to do that? (as the app cant find any of the devices in my system)It was installed originally with a Boost (so wired to the routed) and the rest "wireless": 2x Play3, a playbar, a Sub and a Play1.Thanks for advice.

Can you pair a Sonos Playbase to a iPhone using BlueTooth?

The cover art album is not good on playing screen There are some pixels. Something possible to do ?    

One attachment shows the sonos app will use iheartradio and spotify services to search by artist. However the other attachment shows the sonos app will not use these services to search by genre. Why not please? TIA .... Greg  

The playbar connects temporarily (a few minutes) and disappears from the device list). Setup: Windows 11RTX 3090Sonos ArcPhilips OLED856 IssueAfter a certain period of time (15 minutes to an hour), the regular sound cuts out, and the only sound output from my Sonos arc is a very loud static sound.This only happens when I have Dolby Atmos is enabled in the windows sound configuration (when using stereo mode, this hasn't occurred). I've tried switching the HDMI cables from the PC to TV, and this did not help (in one case, when I used DVI to HDMI, it made it worse, and the only sound was the aforementioned static).I am not sure where the issue is coming from (i.e. TV, GPU, etc.), which makes debugging much harder, so I wondered if anyone has experienced this.

Please re-install.”I have tried everything that has been sugested (Uninstall, reinstall, reboot, .NET fix, run app as admin, update windows) and so on. But no luck so far …I am running Windows 10, 21H2  Thanks for your support

But the philips 10bdl4551t is a pro screen and don´t have a playstore, I have manually downloaded akp, but it fails to install. Is there an official APK to install?

Hello all! I have a Beam (gen 1) that is connected via ARC to my Samsung TV. The default TV settings were PCM but I saw that there were Bitstream. I decided to try that but now the sound feels a bit quieter and more hollow. I then selected DTS Neo 2:5 and its hollow but I feel like it has more surround sound to it. Should I revert back to PCM? Building a new home.  We’re going to have a TV outside under a covered patio.  I will most likely use a Beam w/ the TV.  My goal is to have a pair of speakers paired with the Beam to use as surrounds and mostly to be used as music for the back patio and pool area.I really don’t wanna buy the sonos amp (go passive).  So what are my options?  One SLs (which will need power and a wall bracket; are those OK to be outside if under cover? Can (2) moves be paired with the Beam to act as surrounds or are they only for music?  I figured the (2) Moves would serve as the best flexibility and they’re water resistant, but do they work with the TV?

Tried to follow forums and directions on changing wifi channel,  it I have google nest wifi, which does not allow for manual wifi channel changes. Submitted diagnostics - 883928252

Recently music playing choppy ans getting network buffering issues error. Never happened before. I use wifi to connect all devices using sonos 1 app.  tried disconnecting my nest cameras to see they weee causing interference to wifi but no change. Does anyone know how to resolve? 

hello, I am looking for a solution to connect my Epson EH-TW7200 projector to my Sonos system (beam+sub+one x2).The goal is to be able to connect my PC, my apple TV and my ps5 to my projector and have the sound come out on the sonos system when I choose to play the ps5 for example. are there boxes like this? To be able to connect all my devices to the projector and also have sound (dolby atmos)? wireless maybe?

I just got my first SONOS - a Beam 2. All set up nicely and easily with the clear guide. However I have to use the optical link as it is an older TV. The sound sometimes stutters as if the cable is loose. It’s the first time I have used optical - should it click firmly in place ? I am a bit wary of using force.Thanks - I know it may seem a very basic questionNic

I have a Move & Beam, they pair for music no problem. The Beam is connected to the TV with Hdmi arc and they both pair when watching the TV except the Move drops off regularly, how can this be prevented? 

I was part of your developer community a few years ago and I still have my Alexa app showing me in the DEV category and I wanted to know if I could be removed from that as my Alexa Sonos integration is not working very well if at all.

I recently purchased a new AV set up: 2021 Samsung Frame 55” TV, Apple TV 4K, Sonos Beam (gen 2) with 2x One SL and Sub set up in 5.1 configuration (on the Sonos app). The Beam is connected to the TV (One Connect Box) using eARC cable The Apple TV is connected to the TV (One Connect Box) using HDMIWhen I play any Apple TV content (Netflix or Plex etc), the Sonos app only shows Stereo PCM, not 5.1. I have played around with the Audio settings in the TV (including changing the setting to Auto or Passthrough - neither fix the problem). I have ensured that all software is the latest version.The only way I can get the Sonos to play anything in 5.1 is when I use the Netflix app on the TV which is really patchy in terms of performance. I presume that this is because the HDMI that connects the Apple TV to the TV (One Connect Box) is standard HDMI only (not eArc). The problem is though that the One Connect Box only has one eArc port which I need to use for the Beam connection. Any help on how t

Having trouble with Beam cutting out when streaming music but only when playing on other speakers as well. Setup = Sonos Boost - plugged into one node of TP Link Mesh, 2 Sonos Play1, 4 Sonos1 speakers and Sonos Beam all in different rooms.If I stream music only to the Beam it works fine (never cuts out).  If I stream music to the beam and to other rooms the beam will periodically cut out and then come back on.  Prior to the Beam, I had 2 Sonos1 speakers in the room as a stereo pair and had no issues.I have checked my network speed and I am consistently above 150 mbpsI have changed the network channel….no fixI have checked to make sure all are showing WM 0  Anybody in the same boat?  Any solutions/ideas?

I have 2 x Play 1 speakers stereo paired and using the S2 app.  Can I but an additional single "one" and pair it with an old play 1 in stereo mode and put the other old single Play 1 some where else?

We keep getting an error message saying that we are “unable to connect devices. Try again later.” We have a Sonos arc, a play one, two Sonos ones, and a move. The Sonos ones and the move won’t connect to any other devices in the system. They will work individually, but I’m unable to use features like “play everywhere“ or any groups. We have restarted the router and restarted all the devices as some of the forums recommend.  we also ran a diagnostic: 2083649892

I have been using Sonos Desktop to play my stereo enabled Roams since Alexa just keeps telling me to get the skill I already have :). Now I have a problem using Sonos desktop to search music. Nothing is coming up at all except for “my music” that’s on the PC - none of the subscription tracks are showing at all. I saw this in a few dated threads but never saw a solution. My Sonos S2 desktop app was recently updated a week or so ago. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem or has a solution. (And other services are fine on the desktop app, and I can see my amazon music subscription fine from my iphone)

I have Sonos beam with 2 play one’s. The play ones keep disconnecting frequently. I followed the troubleshooting steps on the forum now the problem is in the app play ones appear to have music played on them but it is not. Need your help, at times it is frustrating to do the same things again and again with no permanent solution.

Hi, Has anyone figured out a way to install Sonos Beam Gen 2 sound bar onto Mantle Mount MM540 pull down TV mount. I got the Sonos Wall mount for beam and tried to hook it up the mount unsuccessfully. Checking with the sonos community to see if anyone had this figured out. Appreciate your help in advance.regards!p
