I’ve had two Era 100s in a stereo pair, and I regularly AirPlay content from Apple Music on iOS or macOS. I love them a lot but one problem that’s persisted for the couple of years I’ve owned them is that after playing music for an hour or so, the audio on one of the two starts to fall out of sync, becoming delayed from the other speaker. This gradually increases if I don’t do anything, creating more and more of an “echo” sound.If I pause the playing music and play again, it syncs the speakers immediately. I have the speakers connected to Ethernet using the 3.5mm/Ethernet USB-C adapter.Is there not a way to have a gradual drift correction software-side to sync the speakers every so often without it being perceptible? 

Hello, I have my turntable connected to my Era 100 speakers through the official Sonos 3.5mm to USB-C adapter. The issue I have is it's doesn’t automatically detect and connect to the line in when I play music to it. If I disconnect and reconnect the USB part of the adapter, it detects it and switches to it like it should. Any ideas why it doesn't detect it automatically without reseating the adapter?

My Spotify and TV systems are spotty at best throughout my home.  Some speakers show up in Sonos with a checkmark next to them, but don’t show a volume control.  I have an Eero Pro 7 mesh system, so it’s not my network strength.  Does anyone have any advice? Thank you. 

So the latest App release for IOS (81.00.52) says that it now includes re-intstatement of the much requested ‘save your queue as a playlist’.However, having updated both App and Sonos system I am still none the wiser as to how this can be achieved.  I tried tapping on the ‘queue’ icon at the bottom left of the now playing screen.  This displays the queue, but no new controls have been added to the queue screen (still just shuffle, repeat, and clear).Anyone have any ideas how the queue can be saved?Is it buried away in some other sub-menu somewhere? 

Airplay wont work in era 100 from windows pc itunes, but airplay works from iphone and other airplay devices work from pc.

I just got a Sonos Line-In Adapter which I want to use to attach between the analog line out of a small radio and a laptop. I then want to pass the signal through the laptop to a bluetooth amp.I started out first just trying to get the signal to the laptop and selecting the audio capture device with VLC. I had just one option on the drop down list, hw,0,0.  I selected that and could hear the signal with earphones and it sounded OK.I later ran into some issues making the bluetooth connection and it looks to be an issue with a missing dependency. I tried a number of suggestions and uninstalled and reinstalled some drivers, etc. It still doesn’t connect to the amp via bluetooth.I went back to VLC and the signal from the radio through the Sonos adapter. I noticed two things. First there was lots of static and noise and I could hear the signal, but it was very weak. I also noticed in the drop down box there were two options listed, hw,0,0 and hw1,0. The first one had all the noise and if I

Hi there,  I have a Sonos move 1 and i've been using it with much joy. But since a week or so I've had troubles with playing music with google assistant on my move. I have re-synced my sonos with the assistant in the Sonos app AND i've reconnected the Sonos app in my Google Home. (Done this twice now)Everytime I ask it to play it says:'’Sorry, I can't do that on this device'’ When playing music from the Sonos app I can in fact skip songs, lower volume or stop the music.  I've called support and they told me they can't help me, because I've done the steps they would do.  Does someone know how to make it work again. 

again Problem with voice commands , now at this moment I can not use voice controll  with google assist , no controll on my home right now again , why buy a expensive beam while a 30 euro google device works fine , why every time update beam with so many issues 

My client has 6 Pandora accounts. In 4 different states. Occasionally, one of them played the "someone else is listening to your music" and shuts down the Pandora. Nothing else in the planet is playing that account number. I've talked to Pandora and they are clueless. My installer says I won’t get surround sound with my setup of Arc Ultra, the newest Amp just purchased, and two surround ceiling speakers. He claims I will only get sound through the ceiling speakers. Any insight?

For almost 20 years, I have enjoyed the convenience and quality of a Sonos system.However I am now looking to play vinyl again  as I am now 65 and have a little time to properly savour the experience. I have a ATLP120USB deck purchased ten years ago for my wife to play her record collection and help her transfer her records to digital stoage. Unfortunately, she passed away before she was able to get much use out of it. My Samsung Frame TV is suddenly no longer able to play audio through my Sonos AMP connected via HDMI ARC. Hi. As title says. Same time every night, one minute past midnight, Beam flashes green/white twice and powers off the TV. I thought it was the WiFi lease expiring but I’ve set that to 21 days and it’s made no difference. It’s been happening for some time now and when the hour moves back/forth (daylight saving) it doesn’t change the time it does it. Still one minute past midnight. Anyone any ideas? Beam Gen 1 and all updates applied. Thanks 

I just upgraded to the arc ultra but I’ve found that when playing Dolby atmos music the dialogue is very low even when I use the enhancement. I didn’t seem to have this issue with the previous arc. I’m using passtrough from my e arc and I’ve checked everything to try and figure it out. 

I am using Sonos S1 on the Windows platform. I have a Synology NAS and am trying to Add a Music File to the Music Library. I did not think this was going to be difficult as it appeared to be straightforward. I have the correct SMB setting. I know the directory path for my server. I continue to get an error dialog box: “Sonos was unable to add the music folder. Please check that the path to the folder, and the username and password if needed are correct. Reasons: Access to the shared folder is denied.” What should I do at this point?

HiIn the old app it was possible to add the currently playing track (when playing through Spotify) to a Spotify playlist. This was removed in the initial new app clusterhug, I was wondering if it had been put back yet?I get that sonos wants to keep us all as in house as possible but it's missing the point, I want to build playlists that I can listen to at home on my sonos and away on my phone. I’m new to Sonos:Want to know steps to st up FIVE line-in direct to analog TV headphones… Whilst still being able to include FIVE with full Arc system downstairs via Wi-fi.Whenever I include FIVE with Wi-fi, then switch back to line-in source, the FIVE is disconnected from line-in (& hard to reconfigure).
