Move 2 has sudden sound quality problem

have been happy with Move 2. - til now.  
today it sounds “tinny” with a “far away” quality to the sound. Please help me fix this!

> Trueplay is ON.
>Playing with equalizer (a poor one — make this better Sonos!) didn’t help.
 

 How do i fix this please!!!

Submit a diagnostic then Reboot the unit. If this does not resolve the issue, contact SONOS phone support.

Do not Factory Reset the unit unless asked to do so by SONOS support.

Thanks! How do I generate a diagnostic to submit? I see submit diagnostic in app but not an option to run one.

Find the submit a diagnostic button and press it, the diagnostic will be sent to Sonos, when you call support they will look at it.

There is no way for a user to only create a diagnostic or to look at one.
