I not be able to add sub mini with Zone to create home theater2 EAR300 in front 2 EAR100 at the backWith 1 sub mini  When I connect sub mini with one of the speaker then I not beable to see that speaker when I create zone.  

Why has my Sonos app lost connection to my speakers?Issue:My device (iPhone 16 Pro) app “cannot find product/speakers on this network” Not possible the reconfigure the speakers in app, as the app constantly demands new login as “system owner” (even after I’ve already logged in several times) Not possible to stream music from device to speakersTried fixes:Updated the app to newest version (check) Reset all the speakers (check) Reset the network router (check) “Connected” two (out of 3) speakers to the same network as device (check) Still cannot find the speakers on the network, therefor not possible to set them up Logged on (app and desktop) as system owner several times

I'm having trouble to connect my zp90 to my Sonos setup/network. I have the S1 app and have a play:5(gen1) connected. I used to have my own soundsystem connected with the zp90, but moving some parts I can't seem to get the zp90 online again. I'm following the instructions on the S1 app but can't seem to find the device, even if connected to the router with LAN cable. The zp90 just keeps blinking very fast white light. What am I missing? How to set up the zp90 these days? 

I can no longer access Newstalk radio (Ireland) on my Sonos system. selecting the station either under Tunein or via Sonos radio just plays the intro adverts in a constant loop… FRUSTRATING!!

for years I used the apple music app on phone/mac/apple tv. I find the interface intuitive. If I search for an artist, it shows that artist with the option to navigate to albums, songs, "artist essentials" ect. In sonos app, I don't get that. If I search for an artist, the results are just mashed together. It makes exploring the work of an artist almost impossible. For reasons unclear to me, the interface through the sonos app is different for the worse. Im I missing something?

I have 2 x Generation 1 Sonos Roams. One white and one black.I changed my WiFi Router a month ago and had to reconnect all my Sonos kit.For some reason I have never been able to reconnect the Black Roam to my WiFi. The White Roam works fine.I noticed that the "Find Missing Speakers" tool has disappeared from the App, and when  I used "Add New Speakers" feature it doesn't find my Black Roam.I can still use it as a Bluetooth speaker and I can transfer music across from any home speaker to the black Roam as per the switch feature. I suspect my black Roam is missing an essential update because I know in past the Speakers have gone missing when they aren't updated. However since I have a new Router I am unable to update the Roam speaker. Help?

I can only connect our classic Hub via Ethernet cable + Play:3 speakers / or my Playbar via cable to Router – yet not both in the S2 app. Any suggestions how to fix this?

I understand sonos does not support DTS:X or DTS-HD Master.  What I am trying to wrap my head around is: if the DTS:X or DTS-HD Master signal is “passed through” my tv or device, does sonos 1. play it as full dtsx/dts-hd, or 2 convert it to pcm and discard height info, or 3. not play it at all…??? Also, if I route it through an apple tv and it converts it to pcm,  does sonos then play that (without the height data?Sorry for being a noob...

Since I changed my internet provider, my Sonos 5 won't play unless connected with an Ethernet cable. My modem is far from where I want to place the speaker. What can I do?

I have a 5.1 receiver with a connect amp connected to listen to music through the  receivers speakers.  I have a new kitchen with 3 dual channel ceiling speakers.  I’d like to be able to listen to music through the existing 5.1 system as well as the new dual channel speakers.(x3). This might be a simple fix, but I’m not sure how to add these new speakers, as each speaker takes 2 channels for the stereo experience. (L n R x 2). Another receiver?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  McMac 

I have a Sonos Beam Gen 1 speaker and play music through it from my Sonos 1 app. Recently a favourite station of mine (TMM 1) from TuneIn only plays the advert but then not the music. I cann play the same station from TuneIn through my UE Boom speaker. Any thoughts?

Hi guys. I have just purchased my Sonos Move 2.Im going to set the Trueplay up later when my daughter arrives home, as she has an iPhone whereas I'm Android.If I choose a room, say sitting room, do the Trueplay calibration and save. I then move to the kitchen, opt for kitchen on the list of rooms, do the Trueplay calibration in the kitchen and save, when I next use it and choose kitchen on the Sonos, will it automatically use the Trueplay settings for that room that were originally saved?

I've been using Sonos for a couple of years and I love it, but for the past week, I've been facing a problem I just can't solve.My setup: 1 Sonos Beam (Gen 2) connected to the TV 2 Sonos One SL as rear speakers Router: TP-Link Archer C7 My phone: Samsung Galaxy S22 with the latest version of Android The problem:The Sonos app on my Android phone suddenly can't find any of my speakers. It shows the message "Unable to connect to Sonos." The strange thing is that if a friend comes over, their iPhone connects without any problems and can control the entire system. The music continues playing if started from their phone, but I can't do anything from mine.What I've already tried, with no success: Restarting the router and waiting 5 minutes Unplugging and replugging all Sonos speakers Uninstalling and reinstalling the Sonos app on my Android phone Clearing the app’s cache and data

Hi. Can you guys recommend sturdy wall mounts that physically grab the speakers firmly as the ones I bought for my four Play1’s and they came dangerously loose within weeks in fact one fell and was saved by the mains cable. Problem is they rely on the bolt hole in the speaker that seems to be made from cheese. My brackets don’t have any branding on but will try and upload a pic just in case anyone else is tempted to follow my foolish act. Sorry the image won’t upload 

This has got to be one of the sickest jokes ever.. One year after the dreadful Sonos update, I noticed that I could finally edit and create new sonos playlists again. However after editing some of my old playlists, and creating a few new ones I now receive an error when opening these playlists saying that "the content is not available". This doesn't make any sense; some of the lists I just created, so the music is obviously still available. I have no problems with my WiFi, my system is up-to-date, and there doesn't seem to be a glitch either as I still can't access the playlists after closing/opening the sonos app multiple times. So everything signs to the sonos app still not working as it should be.Is anyone else experiencing smth similar? Right now creating playlists feels like playing Russian roulette; you could spend hours creating them, and who knows if you can still access them seconds later..  

The Sonos website says that Play:3 is compatible with S2 or S1. Several posts in this forum indicate that Play:3 can connect via S2 app. I’m trying to move Play:3 from the S1 app to the S2 app - unsuccessfully. This is what I’ve done so far.S1 app doesn’t have a “forget this system” choice, so I quit the app, and rebooted my Android Galaxy S21 with latest OS. Factory reset Play:3 (lights only ever flash white then go to solid white)Play:3 was also plugged in via Ethernet cable.Started S2 app.Chose Forget this system (I have a sound bar hooked up through S2)Add components.S2 recognizes both sound bar and Play:3Choose Play:3 to connectError message “This component is only compatible with S1 controller:”Sound bar connects fine.  Any ideas? I’ve upgrade my IPad Pro M4 to latest iPadOS 26. When trying to stream music from YouTube to Sonos system via AirPlay/Blutooth, it  get the message “Something went wrong. Tap to retry”. Tap but still doesn’t work. But if I switch back to iPad speaker, works just fine.

I've been experiencing issues for the past few days—possibly since the update that rolled out yesterday. On my iOS device (iOS 18.7), I’m currently unable to enable or disable Trueplay. My setup includes a Beam Gen2, two Era 100s, and a Sub Mini (firmware 80.29.4).When I reboot the Beam Gen2, the Trueplay toggle briefly reappears in the app.However, as soon as I interact with it, the toggle vanishes again.It’s quite odd. Do I need to reset my entire system, or is something else going on?

Hi, wondering if anyone can help. I have a beam and 2 x One SLs set up as surround sounds. One of the SLs appeared to not be on the app so I reset, re-added to my systems as a separate room but it removed my beam from the app.  I reset all of them and found that whenever I now add SLs to the network they wipe my beam from the app. But the beam is still viewable and useable in Spotify. All speakers are up to date.  it anyone has any ideas it’ll be appreciated.thanks 

As a long term Sonos user I recently purchased an Era 300 to replace old Ones. The sound quality is excellent when playing music, radio, etc. however the Alexa voice is way too quiet. If I increase the volume to better hear Alexa the music becomes too loud. Is there anyway around this problem? Jim

I am thinking of upgrading my Move to a Move 2 (which has line-in connection).  I would like to use the Move 2 to play from my record deck which has an amp. I have the Sonos adaptor and  the cable. I would hope to then be able to group the Move 2 to the rest of my Sonos speakers to play music from the turntable. I think this should work, but before I make the upgrade investment I wanted to check if anyone else has successfully done this?Thanks in advance.

Hi. I have a beam and sub in the lounge and era100s in the kitchen and bedroom.The bedroom alarm works brilliantly giving music at the right time every morning. However using the era100 to go to sleep can be a problem. I have developed a long Spotify playlist with my Wife's favourite sleepy tunes and I will use my phone app to start this with a 30 min timer. Often the app says it cannot play the playlist and says something has gone wrong. Last night I managed to get the lounge beam to play the playlist and then I added the bedroom and cancelled the beam. However I could not alter the volume on the bedroom speaker or set a timer. I had to manually reduce the volume using the finger slider and then ask Alexa to set a timer.Do you have any suggestions as to why this era100 is unreliable. The kitchen era works well though I am not using it as a sleep assistant!
