Trueplay not saving!

Hi

Sonos arc ultra and sub gen 3, thought I would try a trueplay retune, in particular the advanced method on my iPhone 17pro.

Runs the tuning all be it seems to skip the listening position step, after the retune doesn’t save, I have no trueplay tab to turn on/off.

Tried quick tune same thing.

 

system/app fully up to date.

Any help please.🙏

Try removing the Sub, readd it back to Arc Ultra then try Trueplay again.

I actually tried a factory reset before seeing your post, which worked.

If it happens in future, I will be sure to try your method though.
