My sub mini has a blinking red light and I'm still able to use it as normal without any issues, but its annoying seeing that its blinking red. I pulled the plug out and did the reset method but it doesn't not go in to factory reset, it just reconnect to my sonos beam but still has the blinking red light. 

Has anyone else out there experienced issues with broken/jammed zipper on their Ace headphones case ???My case has the zipper broken and I have repeatedly contacted Sonos who have promised a replacement but are yet to supply. I have written many times and reply is very limited which has been frustrating.Very disappointing from a premium supplierDoes anyone know of a product that you can buy as to replace this case?

I have Ace headphones that I’d like to connect via TV audio swap to my Klipsch RSB-11 soundbar. The TV is an LG 65-inch Im a little confused as to how, if possible, I can connect the headphones to the soundbar 

Hii have a pair of Era 100, which work great when streaming Apple.I have also bought the Victrola Carbon stream turntable which is advertised as being Sonos ready. It connects wirelessly to the speakers. My problem is that when playing records on the turntable I can only get sound from one speaker. Initially both speakers worked but the quality was awful. I read that switching to Lossless will resolve the problem. It certainly improved the quality but now only works from one speaker. Im not very savvy in these matters, so if anybody can offer any help or suggestions I’d be very grateful. Kind regards   

My Sonos One SL and Sonos Beam have recently been unable to Airplay Youtube videos. They still work well with Youtube Music and Spotify and other apps with Airplay. The Youtube videos just turn black with a message “Something went wrong, tap to try again”. These speakers have not had any issues in the past few years. They are all connected to the same Wifi network and have the most updated system software. Is there a fix for this?

I have a country home, where I travel to every month. I recently bought a Move 2 and want to switch the wifi networks between those 2 places continously without forgetting / having to reconfigure the other. Is that possible?

Hi everyone,I’m running into a strange issue with the Sonos Controller app. When I make changes (like adding songs to a queue, adjusting volume, or grouping rooms) on my phone, the updates don’t always sync to the Controller app on my tablet or desktop. Sometimes it takes a long time to refresh, and other times it doesn’t sync at all unless I force close the app and restart it. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app on both devices, checked that everything is on the same Wi-Fi network, and confirmed both controllers are running the latest version. Still, the problem keeps happening. Has anyone else experienced this syncing issue between different controllers? Is there a setting I might be overlooking, or could this be related to my router/network setup? Please assist as I am not a technical person. Thanks in advance for any guidance!

After again losing the ability to use my play 3 on my sonos network i did the usual; power reset router, power reset play 3 then a factory reset of play 3.  this has notmally worked, sadly not this time, the SONOS app (Iphone) will not connect despite the Play 3 having a green flasing light (it is connected to my router).  Can someone please help?

Hello, is there a way at Sonos to connect 3 or 4 devices (arc ultra, sub 3gen, 2x era 300) simultaneously to a source (TV / Video projector) that will emit sound via Bluetooth? The idea is to be able to use my Sonos sound system as a "home cinema" with a source that emits via Bluetooth. Thank you for your answers and feedback. Arnaud

I have an audio technica AT-LP60XBT Bluetooth record player and want to know if this hypothetical set up will work. The thought is it to have it be able to connect to one era 100 via line in and then be able to move around my sonos speakers depending on which room we are in.  My set up: Family Room:arc ultra Sub 4 Dining room:2 Era 100s (stereo pair)record player  When I first got the sonos (arc, sub, 2 era 100s), I was able to connect my record player to the arc ultra via bluetooth. For some reason I am not able to connect to it anymore. It will connect to a yamaha soundbar on the other side of the house before connecting to the arc ultra in the same room. Not sure what happened or why things changes.  When I was connected via bluetooth (arc ulta/sub 4 and record player) the sharing between dining room and arc ultra was not smooth.  I want to seamlessly share between my rooms (dining room and family room) while playing my record player.  Will I be able to accomplish this by hooking up

I just reasonly got a second Play:1 and was excited to try them in stereo. However I noticed that they occasionaly fall very slightly out of sync, like lower than 1 ms latency between the pair, but I could very clearly hear the phantom center switching between left and right. Sometimes when the latency is high enough there is no phantom center anymore, making the music sound weird. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve tried resetting the pair, or ungroupping multiple times, but it seems that every time I group them the slave channel is always very slightly (~0.2 ms?) faster than the master, it switches between the two between songs though.

How to set up my boost and play base to work with the s1 controller?

I have a port hooked up to a vintage music centre via analogue (obvs). All has been well but recently the port has started making a weird noise. It’s hard to describe, a digital noise that isn’t particularly loud but is noticeable. It almost sounds like something from an old space invaders game. It occurs every 56 seconds and regardless of whether music is playing. If I reboot the Port it will go away but returns after some time, don’t know exactly when.  I’m presuming the Port is faulty but wondered if this was a known issue. Has anyone experienced anything like this? 

Hi! I have old Sonos connect on a NAD amp. I would like to connect Sonos in-wall speakers. As they are passive it should work properly.Have you tested this configuration? Do you confirm ? My plan is to be ready to change the Connect to a future Port and Sonos Amp later. Thanks for the help ; )

I manage my local music with Apple Music.  I then copy the entire music directory to a NAS so that the tracks are always available.  In the past, Sonos could harvest the playlists out of the .muscilibrary database but that recently stopped working.Is this a know bug?  Is there a work around?  I’ve attempted to use .xml and/or .m3u playlists as a tactical solution but Sonos flat out ignores the .xml files and the .m3u files show up as playlists but the list itself is empty.Thanks for any guidance.Charles.

I have simple setup where my Sony TV is connected to a set of Klipsch speakers as the main audio output, and I also have an Amp which is connected to the speakers. I noticed that when I listen to Spotify on the tv/speakers, the sound is much louder and clearer than if I played it directly from the app and amp. Does anyone know why? This is puzzling me since if anything I should expect better quality from the amp. TIA!

Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Many music files which I have played successfully over several years have now mysteriously vanished.  Two albums which I played only yesterday have now disappeared.  I bought into Sonos a long time ago so use the Sonos1 app on both my Mac and iPhone and despite refreshing / indexing the library they have (along with numerous other albums) completely gone.  They are still there in my iTunes library on my Mac but Sonos has stopped “seeing” them.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Hi, My Sonos One SL suddenly got disconnected from the system last week.I have had It connected over the last 3 years without any problem.Now, I am not able to reconnect it again and I feel like I have tried everything.I am getting different error codes and messages about ethernet cable, wrong password, too far away from the router or adjust the router settings.Since I have a pair, both bought the same time, this doesnæt make much sense. The one that is still connected and working has no issues at all, they are standing in the same room.I thought adding It with an ethernet cable should work, but It doesnt.I have also read something about It must be downgraded to S1 since my app is S2. But I am not sure if these speakers came with S1 or S2 software/hardware. Regards

i have  sonos Play5 and the bridge no longer works so i am unable to connect to both my speakers.   Is there a replacement for the bridge that would allow me to use the app to play music again.

I have previously subscribed to Sonos Radio HD through Apple.I purposely let that subscription expire, as I would prefer to subscribe direct through Sonos.  However, whn I log into Sonos on the web and go to Subscriptions, it says, “Looks like you already have an existing subscription to Radio HD through Apple. You can access that subscription through your Apple ID settings.”Is there any way for me to migrate over to subsribing from Sonos directly?

Hey, I’m desperate for help….This was my original set up and i had it named as “Family Room”Sonos Beam2 x Sonos One surround speakers. All worked perfectly. Yesterday I bought an Arc Ultra, a mini sub and a new tv. My plan was to move the beam and the existing tv to one of the bedrooms, name the room “Bedroom”. And then use the Arc Ultra, Mini Sub and Sonos One’s in the original space with the new tv and new Apple TV box and change it to “Living Room”. For the life of me I cannot get the existing Sonos Ones to connect to the Arc. The Arc and mini sub are working perfectly and they are in the “Living Room”. Additionally, I now have 2 “Family Rooms” and they are both showing in the app as “not connected” even though the beam that I put in the bedroom is working perfectly. I want to delete both “Family Room”, and then add “Bedroom”. My goal is to have two completely independent rooms (I bought a second Apple TV box). I want to make it sure.When I am listening to audio in 7.1ch surround, Sony 360 Reality Audio or Dolby Atmos with Head Tracking on, the sound behind me doesn’t come in front of me turning my head or whole body back.  Does it really call head tracking? It’s not I was expected and despaired for. I want to experience a surrounding audio system in my headsets like when I move my head, every settled sound of music fixed in the air. I think that’s special audio really is.
