Hello,

I own a Sonos Beam. Over the past few days I’ve noticed that Google Assistant responds to “Hey Google”, but it ignores voice commands and nothing happens. I’ve tried several commands, for example:

“Hey Google… lower the volume”,

“… turn off the TV”,

“… play song X”.

None of the commands are executed.

I therefore tried removing Google Assistant and adding it again. Everything works fine until I’m redirected to login.ws.sonos.com. When I click “OK”, I’m sent to a page that doesn’t exist (404).

Since I can’t proceed in the process, I’m currently unable to add Google Assistant back to my Sonos device. How should I proceed? Could you please fix the link so I can complete the connection?

Not sure Sonos has the ability to do much other than ‘tell’ Google of the issue. Google might be more receptive, given the legal struggles between the two companies, in hearing directly from you.

Try alternative browser on your Android, as per a couple of posts in the above thread.
