ERA300 Connectivity Issue After Upgrading to 83.00.36 in March 2026

My ERA 300 can't connect after the upgrade. I have tried rebooting the router, factory resetting the speakers, reinstalling the SONOS app, rebooting my mobile phone, turning off the mobile network on the phone, turning off private Wi-Fi addressing, etc.

Can someone assist with resolving the issue?

Sonos will be hamstrung a bit as you’ve erased all error logs by doing a reset of the speaker, but I’d still call Sonos Support to discuss it. As a guess, there’s something that changed in your router so it doesn’t match the Sonos Network Requirements, but it’s hard to tell from your description.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

It could be a combination of your router and the update, seeing a few other posts on post update connectivity issues.

With the logs and other diagnostic data wiped by the NOT RECCOMMENDED** Factory Reset (as above) things will be harder.

** Except for a few specific issues discussed in the support articles.
