Ok I have a sonos playbar and can't get it working I can't hook my phone or my TV up to it..not sure what's going on my tv or phone can't even see it

New router modem rebooted several times wired to Sonos amps via ethernet cable. Can't find wifi even though it's listed as connected 

I’m using two Era 300s as surround speakers for my Arc Ultra, but I’d like to listen to music directly on the Era 300s in simple stereo mode.The only way I’ve found is to remove them from the Arc setup, then pair them together — and then do the reverse operation for home theater mode, which means recalibrating everything again.

There's no more EQ option in the app where we can control loudness , bass and treble. Is it after update of app? 

I have 4 Sonos ceiling speakers , one amp and one arc ultra. I have connected 4 speakers to one amp , how can I play 2 speakers separately 

I have Sonos for PC version 17.2.1 and Windows 11 24H2.  Sonos components 1 Boost, 1 Connect Amp, 1 Play 3 and 2 Play1'sBoth the Sonos app on iOS and Android work perfectly. My Issue is:If I open the PC Sonos app while my antivirus is running it immediately shuts itself down. I can open Sonos app before I load the antivirus software and it works perfectly, if I keep it open it works OK even after the antivirus is loaded and running, but if I close it I can’t reopen it again without shutting down the antivirus.I have made sure that both Sonos.exe and Library Services are allowed through the firewall. It is running on a private network.I have tested the issue with the following antivirus systems:  Bitdefender (my preferred), Norton, Malwarebytes and Windows Defender.  All produced exactly the same issue.Does anyone have any suggestions?Tony

When I want to use the line input (I have the A2D USB-C adapter) on my Era 300 to play my turntable or cassette deck, the speaker doesn't detect that I've switched from streaming and am now using the line input. I have to manually unplug & reinsert the line in before the speaker switches over which is, tbh, incredibly annoying. Is there a way to switch sources over in the app? Or is there a voice command? I can't find an option anywhere which seems crazy. Having to reach around to the back of the speaker and fiddle with the 3.5mm jack is really frustrating. I can't believe there's not an easier way on an AUD$750.00 speaker.

I have 2 x Era 300 - sound great and no problems when they work.   I have my turntable connected via BT and also my PC using the wifi from spotify.  If I play on the turn table I will not then be able to connect from my pc after until I cut power and restart the era’sAny way to stop this?  I just want a seamless swap between if possible.  

I’m looking for advice on where to put two Era 100s for a surround setup. You can see in the image below we have a strange, bi-level house. The TV, beam (gen 2), and the sub-mini are on the right side of the image below. The common TV viewing points are the sectional and the kitchen table and this setup would be used for movies, TV shows, sports, and music. There’s a railing right behind the sectional where the stairs are and the back wall is about 6.5 feet behind the couch. I’m considering either mounting the era 100s to the railing posts (this wouldn’t look very clean), adding a skinny table behind the sectional for the era 100s, or running some outlets up the back wall and mounting the era 100s to the wall (this feels like the rear speakers would be too far away and might lose sound to the basement). Does anyone have any better ideas or any thoughts on the existing ideas? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I just subscribed to Sonos Radio HD, but the “HD” label isn’t showing in Now Playing. I tried reauthorizing and even deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app, but it still didn’t fix the issue.

I do reboot my wifi system on a weekly basis on 2 am (there is a feature within the deco). I have 6 deco devices spread over the house. After each restart some sonos speaker are unavailable and all ungrouped. Alarm does not work at all. After few hours!!! most of the speaker recover by themself, some manual handling is allways required.

I have an android (15) phone. I had a system set up at the old house with no issues. We just moved, and when I attempt to set up with the new network, I keep being told I need to update the app. But when I go to the play store, there isn’t a new version, and doesn’t appear to be anywhere I can update anything at all (only the options to open or uninstall, I already uninstalled and reinstalled). Can I fix this, or is my investment up in smoke?

I’ve had a Sonos Beam 2 all of 3 days and am wondering if I’ve made a mistake. I would have expected a pretty slick experience yet it seems the simple task of getting BBC radio to work is an utter PITA.After faffing on correcting my country etc to get it to let me setup the service I thought all was good. I asked Sonos to play BBC Radio 2 and it worked, same with Radio 4. This worked fine for a couple of days. Now suddenly though I’ve changed nothing I’m now just met with silence.I can manually get the station to play via the Sonos App, however if I use Sonos Voice it fails, having looked in the app I can see its selected the requested station but then says ‘unknown content’ and is trying to play it through TuneIn.
