I sold my Sonos beam gen 1 and the new owner cannot activate it. I have performed a factory reset three times, but still not working.

Please be specific about “cannot activate it” - how far do they get, is there an error message, S1 or S2 app, etc.

And please explain how you’ve factory reset it when it seems to be with the new owner already. Has the new owner tried a factory reset , too?
