I was recently gifted the Sonos Amp, which I have the option to return. The idea behind the gift was that it would enable me to play my vinyls through my current Sonos setup.For context, I currently have an old Technics SL1200 (no phono preamp) that I’ve never used, and an existing surround sound system comprised of the Arc, Sub and two Ones that I use with my TV and for music. I also have an OPPO UDP-205 4K Audiophile bluray player with a built-in DAC. I’ve been told it can be used as a preamp—not sure how good it’d be for that though. How can I integrate the Technics TT into my system? As I’ve no plans to get passive speakers in the near future, is the Amp redundant? I’m also open to purchasing additional products if it would mean a significantly better listening experience. 

Hello there,I do not want to rant.I got a question: is someone else experiencing trouble with plex-playlists?I can not add them as favorites anymore. Everytime I try, the first song is shown as a half-transparent icon, which can't be clicked. It only can be deleted.Is there another app which manages to add to new favorites? Is there any kind of workaround?I am very thankful for any help. And I am just tired of things not working. I'm not even mad. I'm just disappointed.

Jag har olika Sonos system  i flera olika hus. 4 st.1.Nu sedan senaste bedrövliga appen måste jag "Installera nytt system" eller liknande varje gång jag kommer till ett nytt system.Tidigare kunde jag starta systemet direkt när jag kommit in i nya husets wifi.Kan ni fixa så det blir som förut igen, för nu kommer jag inte ens igång med alla högtalare när jag försöker starta ett nytt system?2.Jag har lagt in SR (Sveriges Radio) appen i min Sonosapp och lyssnade där tidigare på Nyheter. Då låg det ca 15 st nyheter som spelades upp efter varandra.Med nya appen fungerar inte detta längre heller.Det kommer bara 1 nyhet och sedan stannar det.Jag har kontaktat SR om detta som försöker lösa problemet, men de har svårt att fixa det.Kan ni fixa det så det blir som förut igen?SLÄPP ALDRIG EN SÅ DÅLIG APP NÅGON MER GÅNG,  DÅ FÅR JAG BYTA UT SONOS TILL NÅGOT ANNAT.GAMLA APPEN SKULLE LEGAT KVAR TILLS NY FUNGERDE TILL 100%!! MVH LENNART 

My husband is having issues logging into Sonos with his username  and password. The account was originally set up under my email.

How do I listen to music stored on my iPhone 

I installed an Outdoor Sylvox TV connected to my Sonos SR 2-125 AMP with an Opical cable.  I can hear the sound from my TV through my 8 speaker set-up, sounds great…….but I can’t control the volume through my sonos app.  Need support to understand why. Thanks in advance for any help!

Is there an update for the atrocious May 24 issue?

I have owned this speaker for years and have been trying to hook this up.  I was successful a few years ago.  Then i got a new phone and have not been able to connect back since.  What do i do?

Jeg opdaterede min Sonos app for nogle uger siden. Det har virket fint en periode efterfølgende. Pludselig var der ingen forbindelse til TELMORE Musik. Jeg formodede at jeg blot skulle opdatere min Iphone 11 Pro. Det hjalp ikke.Jeg forsøgte at slette adgangen til Telmore i appen. Nu kan Telmore slet ikke søges frem mere (det samme gælder i øvrig Yousee).Følgende tjekket/forsøgt:-App slettet og hentet igen.-Router genstartet.-Tjekket om jeg var registreret i Danmark. Alt står rigtigt.-Forsøgt at connecte på en anden telefon (iphone 15 Pro). Det kunne jeg ikke.-Tjekket om jeg kunne benytte Telmores egen app. Det kunne jeg. Intet hjælper. Besynderligt nok virker min hustrus adgang til TELMORE. Vi tør dog ikke bruge hendes adgang som forsøgskanin og logge ud, for hun får samme fejl hvis hun forsøger, at søge f.eks Yousee frem. Det vil formodentlig betyde, at hun ikke kan logge på igen. Hvad pokker foregår der? Nogen ideer til en løsning, eller skal man blot vente på at Sonos finder en løsn

Hi, bought a Symfonisk Booshelf today. Wanted to add it to the excisting Sonos Network with a Symfonisk lamp and a One. It doesn’t want to.The speakers I had are in the list, the Symfonisk bookshelf is found. When adding I go through the works and when it comes to adding the speaker to the account the error pops up.  “Not able to register bookshelf” when i press SOLVE it takes me to the motion of pressing some buttons but still it is not added.Does anyone have a clue how I can fix this? After a few hours I am still flabbergasted. ps. When using Spotify the speaker is found and I can stream to it.  ppss Yes I did a factory reset about 7 times ;)

i have an open concept floorplan with kitchen and living room separated by a staircase.  I plan on putting 2 ceiling speakers in each area and would like to be able to play different music at different volumes in each area while being able to link them if were having a get together.  I want to avoid a wall switch if possible.Should I just get two Sonos amps or should I get one amp and two ports?  I do plan on rigging up the living room set of ceiling speakers with a beam for the tv.  

Just set up an Era 300 wall mounted using the Sonos Era 300 bracket inverted. The sound is just flat the EQ setting make no difference to the sound at all. Loudness on or off there’s no difference in bass, treble + or - bass + or - doesn’t change the sound level? Not impressed just upgrade from a play 5 Gen 1 and the quality of sound was so much better from a 8 year old speaker! Is there something set up wise I’ve done wrong?Thanks in advance.

I believe the new update has an issue with “top tracks” and “artist radio” when accessing Tidal.  I can’t find any way to add all tracks to my queue, only one track at a time.  The workaround of using the Tidal Ap (versus the Sonos Ap) then picking your Sonos products for output works, but this is an awkward workaround.  Please either fix this bug or let me know how to do it!  I am using my iPhone/iPad to access the Sonos Ap.Thank you

Running 80.01.11To have a 6.00am Alarm work on time I need to set it for 8.30pm. I’m in South Australia which is +9.30 UTC hence the adjustment I needed to make. Manual shows Local Time setting option but that option doesn’t appear in my settings list. Alarm setting shouldn’t be a math test! Is anyone else have this problem? 

Is it ok to use 30W Google rapid charger with Roam? Don’t want to ruin the roam (or the charger) or worse.

My sub all of a sudden stopped working and now the system can’t find it 

The app tells me it needs a update, I press it, it then says done, I press it and it then goes back to the update screen. It is stuck doing this loop? 

Has anyone had a super random issue with your router via spectrum internet not connecting to your speakers after 4 months of continued use without any changes to the network?

I just purchased and did initial setup of my first Sonos speakers 🎶 They worked, but then some of the products started not showing up in System. I reached out to support and it’s the known router issue (SAX1V1S). a few questions…They speakers are all currently displaying in my system.  will they continue to randomly drop off?  (the more important question)… I’m nervous about getting a router and connecting it to the current spectrum modem and having it work with Spectrum, and with Sonos. Can anyone recommend one they’ve gotten that has been successful, and can you share your process with the setup?Thank you!

Is there currently no way to play BBC radio through voice commands? Like ‘ok Sonos play BBC radio 1”? I’ve also added it to my favorites and still can’t get it to play radio 1 via voice. Like ‘ok Sonos, play my favorites’. I assume, currently there is no voice control for radio, as at the moment it plays a promo for radio 5 (random) when I ask it to play radio 1.  

 I'm trying to turn on my Sonos Voice Assistant with my Roam 2. I  use Google assistant is that why I can't use Sonos Voice Assistant when I'm using my Roam 2?

I´d like to buy Arc and Sub mini. I have TCL tv and Apple TV 4K. Will be Dolby atmos in films available in situation when I connect Apple TV to normal TCL HDMI port, and Arc I will connect to TCL ARC HDMI port? And I suppose, that when I connect Arc with Apple TV via Airplay 2, and play some film with Dolby atmos, this Dolby atmos will not be available?

My Sonos system is showing the time in GMT when I check on my desktop app so the alarms are all incorrect as I am based in Australia.  I can’t find any way of correcting this.

Hi,Until the app update i had no problem to listen to all the songs present in a folder. Now it’s impossible to play several songs in a row.For example : Library->folder→ “Various” I can’t choose to play all the songs from this folder. If I click on the first song at the end of it it will not play the second one.If I choose “Album” instead of “Folder” it works.Thanks for your help 

So I run the Dolby Atmos or the 5.1 test from Apple music on Sony TV on with ATV. The Arc sound bar says Right, Center, then Left surround, Right surround but it never says L on the Arc sound bar. Do I have a problem?
