Hi, my AMP was working fine. One day it stopped. Looking at its lights, it is switching between solid white for 20 sec to flashing light for several seconds.
It seems to me like it is constantly rebooting itself. I talked with Tech support for a few minutes (then disconnected), they mentioned something about looking for a new update ... when my rest of the system is a few revisions up.
Any idea how to solve it?

It may be stuck on a firmware update. If you are able to wire it to your router/network, do that then remove power for about 60 seconds. Plug the power back in and do not do anything for about 5 minutes. If it still does the same thing, do a factory reset. It should boot up then you should see it in the app. It should say if you need an update at this point, so do the update if it does.
A factory reset erases all the logs for diagnostics, that's why it should be the last resort.
