Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to connect my Music folder on iPhone to Sonos? This is not Apple Music, just the store of music files. Thanks.

Not on the phone, Apple has blocked that ability. You can either use AirPlay 2 (assuming you have the correct Sonos speaker), or move them to a storage device that is allowed (a Mac/PC or NAS), which Sonos is able to connect to.
