Had some issues with our speakers/system. Reset everything and.now I can’t get my symfonisk bookshelf speakers in the kids rooms to work with their echo dots. The Alexa app says the speakers are not compatible and cannot play all audio.

They had previously worked perfectly. Any one else run into this?

In the Alexa app, make sure the speakers have been discovered as devices. You might also try disabling and re-enabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa app. Also be sure you have the skills enabled that are associated with your music streaming services.

The speakers are set up and the Alexa skills for Sonos have been disabled and reenabled several times. When I attempt to select the symfonisk speakers as the preferred speakers the app says the are not compatible- cannot play all audio.

Hi @Awutzqiblawi

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with Alexa and Sonos working together.

Please try disabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa app, then, still in the Alexa app, go to Devices and deregister all Sonos-related devices (any Sonos speakers that have Alexa installed may show twice - this is normal). Once all Sonos devices have been deregistered from Alexa, re-enable the Sonos skill and then say “Alexa, discover devices”.

I hope this helps.
