Hi all, 

 

my sub mini (with arc/2x play 1s as surrounds) doesn’t make any noise at all. 
 

********** Diagnostic raised. 
 

I turned it all off and on again like a good IT geek. 
 

I can’t remove the sub mini nor the surrounds from the arc, I get errors in both attempts. 
 

I factory resetted the sub mini. 
 

I updated the software. 
 

I’m  out of ideas! Help much appreciated!

By the way the spider is just to gain interest, he’s a superficial friendly spider I don’t think he’s broken anything. But I bet the sub mini has been quiet for a while for him to move in…


Since you’ve generated a diagnostics report your best option is to now call Sonos support to find out what it reveals. Fellow users like us cannot access these reports. 


Can you confirm that haven’t turned Wi-Fi off on the Arc?  This needs to be on even if you have the Arc wired via Ethernet.


Yes WiFi still on arc just checked thanks. No change. 


90 mins to Sonos support, factory reset of basically everything, job done. I think I’ve been bass-less for months!
