I like to play albums and when I like a particular song I used to Start Radio so that I can discover new songs that are similar to the one I was playing. This was working well until recently. Here's the behaviour. Song is playing on all or any of my speakers (one, port, roam)I click on ... On the bottom right (latest app version on Samsung S22)Under Deezer I select Start RadioThe current song is interrupted and a new song title is displayed, it plays for 5" but no sound is played. Then another song title is displayed and the same thing happens. The app scrolls through different songs starting them but not playing anything.

Just got a new iPhone 16 which pairs with other devices. However it’s not pairing with Sonos move. Has anyone had this problem & how did you resolve it?

Hello:  Has anyone else experienced a problem with the new Sonos App for Android Version 80.04.04 that was updated on July 1, 2024 not being able to find any products / speakers?  I am running the App on a Google Pixel 6 phone.  The previous version of the new App was working reliably for me as late as 11 pm on June 30, 2024.   I am also running the old S2 App on my old iPad.  It still finds all of my speakers after July 1, 2024 and works reliably.  Any suggestions?

Hello, we have a problem with our Sonos Move 2. We have two of Them in the basement and one in the kitchen. If the one in the kitchen is Playing, and i want to go to the basement and play Music there, then when i start Playing Music in the basement, it cancels out the one playing in the kitchen, even though they are not connected or in the same group. What should we do?

Hi, I am new to the community however not new tot Sonos. This week I have set up my Sonos player and a Sonos connect amp als a surround system and it works. However if I remove the network cables the surround cables stop. Is there a way to get the system up and running without the networkcable? Am I correct to think that my subwoofer out, that worked fine when not in a surround set up, is disabled once I have set up the surround modus on the connect amp? I am thinking about getting 2 play one speakers to replace the connect amp and speakers in the surround, Will they both need network cables? Thanks community for any answers David

Using passive speakers that are NOT purchased from Sonos as surround speakers connected via AMP to a Arc Ultra - Will True Play optimize the passive surrounds?Thank you,-PH

I have very recently added a Sonos Beam gen2 to my Sonos setup - I also have a Sub and two Ones which i’ve had for years and have been very happy with.My problem is that the Beam keeps dropping / glitching audio whilst watching TV - it’s not a complete dropout, but very noticeable particularly on louder sections. It happens regularly every 5-10 minutes or so, but if I rewind what I’m watching it never happens at the same point in the program.I was previously using a Sony Blu-ray/home cinema system with the same Panasonic TV and that never demonstrated this problem. The other relevant info is that the Sonos will not work with the HDMI-ARC output on my TV - I’ve had to use the optical HDMI adaptor. (and I know the TV ARC output works as that’s how I’ve been using my Sony system for many years)It happens regularly enough that I’m thinking of returning the Beam whilst in the returns window.TV is Panasonic Viera 58DX750

Is there a difference in sound quality between port and amp when using a turntable and only Sonos speakers?

I currently have an arc, sub gen 3 and 2 era 300’sis there a step by step procedure for replacing the arc with an arc ultra?I seem to be blinded by science with all I’ve read concerning resetting the system, disabling speakers etc. etc.surely it’s more straightforward? Thanks

Ceiling speakers and amp are working fine. i purchased 3 sonos play:1’s hoping to join them to the same network for a more fuller sound. I’ve done a hard rest on the play:1, managed to connect it to the app but when i click it, it says unable to connect. Hopefully someone can help! 🙏

Router: Asus RT-ACRH132.4G set to 20MHz, channel 115G set to all, channel 165no airtime fairness, WPA2 personal AES, same password for both networks, different SSIDsI have rebooted my router multiple times during thisWhen I leave Ethernet disconnected and do a factory reset → S2 set up new system → it finds the Play:3, connects to its WiFi, does its connection chiming → gets to the point of connecting the Play:3 to the house WiFi, then says cannot connect. Selecting the other SSID yields the same result. I am certain the password is correct. When I connect it to Ethernet and do a factory reset → S2 set up new system → it finds the Play:3, does its connection chiming → still goes to the step of connecting the Play:3 to the house WiFi, but it seems the WiFi chipset is disabled while in Ethernet mode because there are no SSIDs displayed to pick from. “Other network” is the only available option. Selecting that and typing in the SSID yields the same error. The exact text is:We couldn’t conne

Play 3 speaker is 5yrs old at least, occasionally disconnected, but a quick on/off with the WiFi button on my phone and it reconnects. 2 weeks ago it just ignores any attempt at connecting. There is a Play 1 upstairs, further away from the router that connects reliably, nothing has changed with my router, play 3 location, network settings, but it will not connect. Currently sat with it next to my router, with its little green light flashing, blissfully ignoring anything I do to make it talk to my network. Even plugged the speaker directly into the router via ethernet cable, still nothing. Green light still flashing.Controller app says its there but not connected. Any advice please?

Stupid question perhaps..when using the Arc Ulra Bluetooth function would you be able to pair it with a pair of Bluetooth headphones and use this feature rather like the swop function if using Sonos Ace headphones I don’t possess Sonos Ace but Bower and WilkinsThank you 👍

how do I check that the osx firewall isn’t on?

We currently use sonos at our two store locations. Each store location has their own unique spotify account. When we play from spotify at one store, the spotify will stop playing at the other store. Not sure why this is happening if it’s technically two spotify accounts? Does anyone have any similar experiences and were you able to solve them?

For nearly 2 weeks now the battery % has been missing from the Sonos app for my paired Roams . I still see the battery  but it’s so small you can’t make out what % it has. I’ve updated the app 2-3 times removed and reinstalled and even had support on chat help me update the speakers firmware . Nothing has worked . Has anyone else had this issue ?

Hi - since s2 app update a couple of weeks ago I've not been able to control my sonos system by app. I tried updating the network whilst in my home office and successfully updated my roam in there, which then let me access the system in the rest of the house. However, when I try access the system from the rest of the house, which is covered by different access points as part of the sky q mesh, the app doesn't find a system. It wants me to update the network on the sonos devices,  but doing that results in error and back to square one. I don't really want to keep running across the garden to control the system ‐ it's there a work around?

I have been given an old Play 1 that has a blown bass speaker (didn't know that when i added it) so I want to remove it from my setup. I added it to a new room so I want that gone also. How? No idea as I can't see how too!?I have 1 arc, 2x300's, 1 sub, 9 sl's and 2 beams (gen 1 and 2)Any help appreciated!!

I have a Sonos roam but the USB-C cable charger that came with the product now doesn’t charge properly. I keep getting a message saying it’s incompatible with my Sonos roam but it’s the one I got when I bout it?

J'utilise déjà mon application sonos pour diffuser de la musique dans mon bureau avec une enceinte Ray relié avec une lampe Ikea sonos et cela fonctionne a merveille.  Pour mon domicile j'ai racheté une lampe Ikea sonos.
