I have a Sonos roam but the USB-C cable charger that came with the product now doesn’t charge properly. I keep getting a message saying it’s incompatible with my Sonos roam but it’s the one I got when I bout it?

That certainly seems odd. Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
