Hi - since s2 app update a couple of weeks ago I've not been able to control my sonos system by app. I tried updating the network whilst in my home office and successfully updated my roam in there, which then let me access the system in the rest of the house. However, when I try access the system from the rest of the house, which is covered by different access points as part of the sky q mesh, the app doesn't find a system. It wants me to update the network on the sonos devices, but doing that results in error and back to square one. I don't really want to keep running across the garden to control the system ‐ it's there a work around?

Does the Ap in your office have the same SSID as the rest of your WIFI network?
Do you have two routers in your network? maybe a double NAT issue?
