Sonos move 2 cancelling out

Hello, we have a problem with our Sonos Move 2. We have two of Them in the basement and one in the kitchen. If the one in the kitchen is Playing, and i want to go to the basement and play Music there, then when i start Playing Music in the basement, it cancels out the one playing in the kitchen, even though they are not connected or in the same group. What should we do?

What source of music are you playing, please? Are you playing the same source to the two rooms, and, if so, are you using the same music service account (if applicable) too?
