Ceiling speakers and amp are working fine. i purchased 3 sonos play:1’s hoping to join them to the same network for a more fuller sound. 

I’ve done a hard rest on the play:1, managed to connect it to the app but when i click it, it says unable to connect. 

Hopefully someone can help! 🙏

Can you perhaps describe your network setup in a bit more detail - are you using any WiFi network extenders, EoP access points etc?

What is the status LED showing? - What type of connection are you using with Sonos - WiFi/SonosNet/Wired with radio disabled etc?

What does the App show? Can you play to your speakers standalone?

Have you tried a reboot of speaker/local router?

A bit more info. is needed here, before any helpful suggestions can be made.
