HiI have a ProJect turntable connected to the line in of my Sonos Port, i have bought a 1MII B03Pro bluetooth transmitter/receiver and connected it to the line out, i have connected my Sony Quiet Comfort headphones to the transmitter, when i put a record on the music still comes through my Sonos surround sound Arc 2 x play 1’s and sub. I had grouped the port with my living room surround but i was expecting the sound to re-route through the line out and to my headphones?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.ThanksNik.

Arc Ultra with 2x 300 ERA surrounds and dual subs. Music is horrible, no bass response on subs and mid range is missing completely. Sounds like an old AM radio. Is this a problem with the app? 

I store my media files on an external drive in a folder called \Music.  My MacOS Music folder which contains the library is stored on the internal drive in a folder called \Music.I have created a share to the external Music folder, \\MacBook-Pro\Music, and added it to the Sonos app, the music was indexed and it plays properly.I now want to add in the playlists I’ve created.  The problem is I can create a share for the internal Music folder but its address looks exactly the same as that for the external folder, \\MacBook-Pro\Music.  Obviously the underlying network path for the two are different but the Sonos app only requires the \\host\folder name format.I haven’t tried adding it to the Sonos app as I fully expect it not to work - how could it determine the difference between the two??  Is there a better solution than copying my music library file to the external drive and re-indexing the Music Library in Sonos?

Unable to login to Sonos app account on Xiaomi 14 Ultra.Tried ALL workarounds but sign in just logs into a website, but not the app.Sign in screen just go round in circles.Cannot manage system because of this.

If I am away from home, will Sonos Radio HD stream via the iPhone app to the Ace headphones? This the last factor is deciding which over-ear headphones to buy, and whether to continue with iTunes. Thnx in advance. 

I have a Sonos one and a routine that plays music for 2 hours. At the end of 2 hours it just keeps playing. I have tried stop audio in  device settings but that does not work

Good morning,Is it foreseen to include Amazon Music in Sonos for users from Belgium?I read that the workaround would be to modify my address in my Sonos profile and to indicate an address where Amazon Music is available in Sonos (France for instance). I’ve been a long time Sonos user, but only recently installed a whole home AMP driven system (rather than just plug in sonos speakers). I’ve heard a lot of the complaints about instability of the new Sonos App, but hadn’t experienced it much till now. Wondering if there is a solve, or diagnostics I can share with Sonos to help them stabilize the new app. I regularly group 4+ zones throughout the house and it regularly stops playing and when I go back in the app, the entire group is disconnected, each zone shows “no content”, and need to be regroup the speakers and select a content source. Am I experiencing what many have been complaining about? Either way, this is sad as hell. Previous generation of Sonos was stable and reliable. This is disappointing.Sonos team, reach out and lets work together to get this solved.

hi my name is Adam. I recently got a new speaker. The Sonos Roam SL and I know it has warranty, but I think I accidentally purchased the warranty the extended warranty early. Can I cancel it and re-purchase it again or do I have to be buying a new device and then pay for the new one 

Sounds like this is a design flaw, but my Sonos beam is wall mounted.   the hdmi cable seems lose in the port and therefore the soundbar looses connection.  any fixes?

I usually play music from my SoundCloud account on my Sonos speakers. However, it’s two days that it keeps asking me to reauthorise, which I’ve done several times, but it still isn’t working.I’ve tried removing and re-adding SoundCloud to Sonos, but it keeps showing the message, “Unable to browse music”I contacted Sonos support and they can’t find any solution.  Can Sonos help? Anyone has any tips?

I have an Arc Ultra with 300 surrounds and a G2 Sub. I’ve done Trueplay twice, but the sound coming out of the Ultra is being overwhelmed by the surrounds. The best way to explain it is almost like the Ultra is trying to scream in its sleep but barely anything comes out. I don’t want to play with any of the EQs (though I see nothing specifically related to the soundbar there) because then it feels like I’d be offsetting the Trueplay. Why is this happening? I had an Arc in this setup before and never noticed this issue. It’s almost like the Ultra went for dialogue quality and messed up the mix.

How do I know if my 2024 Sonos products are eligible for the extended 1 year warranty?

I have a Sonos Gen 1 system with the S1 controller.  I want to add a subwoofer.or two. Can I add 2 subwoofers or more? Does the subwoofer need to be Gen 2 or Gen 1?

I try to configure my tv remote control with ny sonos ray and it seems to work, message configuration successful, but later it doen t work, I try again and happens the same

After  a factory reset of 4 speakers, an update, and connection successful I  get an error message          " Unable to connect Try again later” for those 4 speakers but speakers I did not do a factory reset or software update are playing. I cannot add the other 4 speakers

Can anyone help. Amazon music randomly stops working and comes up with the message 'no content available'. It's happening more often now since the latest update. 13/01/2025. 

I use a Sanos Era100 for my PC sound. When switching screen or even low sound results in the speaker switching off/standby mode type. Is there away to just have it on as normal all the time? Thanks,.

I have just purchased a Sonos Ray. When I set the output of my tv to audio system, trying to adjust the volume the onscreen display increases or decreases the number but the sound level doesn’t change when using my tv remote. What am I not doing?
