I contacted Sonos a couple of weeks ago and they said they had a work around for this issue.  This issue was not been resolved. I have had techicians out to deal with my Control4 and they could not figure it out why it is not working having done what Sonos told them to do.

Any one else still having this issue?  Resolutions?

I have been told to remove Sonos from Control 4 but this would also eliminate Sportify.

Hi @KJ21, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’ve had a look into our internal information and there was an issue where the Control4 integration was broken on the newest Sonos firmware, however this issue is marked as resolved. It’s recommended you have the latest Sonos player firmware and that your Sonos app is up to date. Control4 is releasing a fix through a staged rollout process which should be automatically implemented, so no update to the Control4 system is needed on your end.

If you’re still having issues after making sure everything is on the latest version, then please contact our support team for further assistance. They have the tools available to look into your system and troubleshoot this issue.
