BuongiornoSono David B. ed ho finito poco tempo fa di comporre la saletta musica, film e giochi nella quale utilizzo con piena soddisfazione componenti Sonos ossia: un Arc, un Sub 3 gen e due era 300.La domanda che vi pongo è la seguente:come faccio a collegare la mia tastiera musicale Yamaha psr sx 600 al sistema Sonos?Ho già comperato l’adattatore Line in per Sonos era 300 e ho collegato un cavo jek 2 in uno (2cavi da 6,3 mm collegati all’ uscita aux della tastiera  che vanno a finire in un jek da 3 mm) collegato all’adattatore Sonos che ho collegato ad un era 300.Ma non si sente niente.Mi potete aiutare a risolvere il problema?Vi ringrazio e vi auguro una splendida giornataDavid 

I can’t get sonos to recognize my music library on my MAC.  I don’t subscribe to Apple Music but my library is fully visible.  I am running all the latest software including OSx Sequoia 15.0.  Sonos keeps giving an error message that it could not access the library.  Is this still an ongoing Sonos issue or is it something on my end?

Hi,I have a Sonos amp connected to my TV via an Hdmi arc cable. When watching tv, the sonos amps always turn on and use the external speakers. Even if I change the audio output on my tv to tv speakers, it switch to external speakers after 2/3 seconds.It is due to the fact that Sonos amp cannot be turn off.  Is there a way to not use the external speakers when watching tv ?  

Hi,I need to install the S1 OS back on the connect:amp because it doesn't work on the S2. How do I get it done? I Couldn't find the functions were looking for in the S1 IOS app? Sonos instructions do not match in IOS S1 app.

One of my favorite live stations frequently develops an annoying echo sound effect. Restarting doesn't fix it.  When it happens it's on all my speakers throughout the house - singles and stereo pairs. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have been running Sonos from my Mac using the downloaded App. It’s no longer available in the App store which now states that “This app is available only on the App Store for iPhone and iPad” - anyone else experiencing this? Was this planned? Wondering if is coming back at any point :( 

Has anybody had their gen4 sub stop working one day, I have tried resetting it, removing it.  when I try to remove it, it’s says an update is available but comes up with error 30, error 1001 etc, tried connecting to Ethernet cable, nothing works?

I’m trying to update Controller on my Windows 11 machine, which normally is not an issue, but today I’m receiving the error "The Sonos controller installer failed to download".  I’ve tried rebooting but no difference. I have 90 GB free on the hard drive. Any suggestions? Thanks

I cannot connect my Sonos one to new Vodafone ultra hub.  I have compatibility mode enabled and have tried both networks and using a LAN cable.  Nothing works.  I have contacted Vodafone and they say they have set everything up correctly.  Can anyone help? 

I read about the Sonos Sub Gen 3 and now the Gen 4. But what I hear mainly is it’s performance with Home Theater Surround sound. What about music??  Does it sound good when listening to music? I’d like to know because I ordered a Gen 4.   

Does anyone have the same problem when changing source inputs that the devices the system connects too seem to randomly change, along with the volumes. Any idea how to make some default settings to different sources? 

Bonjour,  je viens d'acheter le port Sonos (sans ampli) afin de pouvoir connecter ma platine vinyle.  J'ai connecté ma platine à un ampli avec des câbles RCA et mon ampli au port avec des câbles RCA. Le port Sonos est bien visible dans mon profil et dans l'application, mais si je groupe le port avec mes enceintes (Pay5, Play 1 et Playbar), je n'ai aucun son...  Avez-vous des idées ? Le port diffuse-t-il la musique sur mes autres enceintes ? Merci pour votre aide et votre retour :-)

I have  Sony Wireless turntable that I have connected via bluetooth to my Roam 2.  I also have a Sonos Playbar (no bluetooth).  I am able to play music from Spotify on my phone on both devices by selecting both devices in the Sonos app.However, if I am playing a record from my bluetooth turntable on my Roam 2, I cannot add the Playbar on the Sonos app. When I open the app it defaults to the Playbar signal (rather than the Roam 2 signal), and since nothing is playing it shows “no content”. When I open “Your System” it shows that the Roam 2 has music, but is not selected, just the Playbar is. If I try to add Roam 2 so that both components are selected, the Roam 2 is cutoff in favour of the Playbar, where nothing is playing.  I have rebooted, factory reset, and reinatlled the app, all to no avail.  Any advice would be appreciated.

I have a Beam 1 and switched WiFi network name & password. So I factory reset the Beam and followed instructions in Sonos app to connect it to the new network. It said it might now show up in my system til I disconnect and reconnect the power, so I did but it still doesn’t show up in my system. I have done through this process twice.

How do I change the settings for my Beam sound bar via the App?  The Sonos App is requesting that I log out and login via Sonos.com as the owner.   This site currently does not have my Beam as a registered product.  How can I get my Beam registered on the Sonos.com account?

I try to connect Sonos Play:1 with my router FritzBox 7590. It doesn’t work, although I updated the OS as well as reset the settings of my Sonos. What else can I do?

Sonos has to be the most difficult system I have ever used to set up. I am trying to reset my system and it’s not finding anything. I have reset play 1 and Bar but not getting anywhere. I am very close to selling and buying Samsung. Customer services have kept me waiting 30 minutes so far. Charge a fortune and absolutely useless! Not a happy customer at all. 

A friend upgraded our soundbar and sub and now I’m having to use both Sonos aps. I’m trying to downgrade them to get everything back on S1, as I have two Play 5’s, a Connect and some misc equipment I’m not willing to repurchase. I performed the factory reset, and have the blinking green bar, but the S2 ap used to downgrade speakers can’t find them now. I’ve tried unplugging and put my phone right next to the soundbar but it’s not finding them. Any advice would appreciated! 

Hi everyone Quick question. What happens with Sound Motion driver when Sub is added?I think im not wrong that when you add sub to any sonos component all low frequencies are repressed from sub. In the case of Arc Ultra the Sound Motion driver will be disabled. As the function of that driver is low frequency only. 

Wife gave me tight budget for Surround sound of $1000.00.What would you do?1 Buy the Arc ultra and use it’s own.2 Buy a Samsung Q990C and have rear surrounds and Sub.We watch 90% tv and 10% movies

Hi,One of the main things I use the app for is to manage the grouping of speakers after I start playing music from Spotify, Plex or another source.The original app always switched to the music currently being played, and I could just add any additional speakers I want to it.It seems the new app does not recognize that music already is being played, and instead shows some irrelevant title when started.When I click the icon in the bottom/middle in the new app,I see all speakers and the correct music playing per speaker, but when I click to add speakers, instead of adding them to the music being played, the app starts playing the irrelevant music displayed when it starts.This is highly annoying and breaks possibly the most useful usecase for the app. It is mostly useless without the ability to manage speakers.Any ideas how to achieve the original behavior in terms of being able to add speakers to already running music?

Hi i used trueplay. But the speaker has way too much treble. If i turn loudness off in the EQ settings the speakers sounds very flat. With loudness on the trebles so high that i get headaches. But i cant find a setting between to harsh and enjoyable. If i set treble to -10 it sounds as if the speaker is behind a cussion, but if i turn it up a bit its to harsh. If i turn loudness off its ok but then like i said the sound's very  flat.  I never expierienced this with my echo studio or echo show. The speaker seems also very loud even just on 20% volume.  Thanks for your help. 😄

I'm trying to play HD Audio from Amazon music to my play 5 (2nd gen) and Move 2. No matter what I try, I don't get the HD Audio icon which indicates I'm listening in HD. When I play the music through my phone or headphones, I get the icon.I've checked HD Audio settings in Amazon, removed, re-added account, tried playing to a single speaker (and grouped) and still nothing.Contacted support and they fobbed me off to call them. Tried that, but don't have 55 minutes to waste on hold.Hope someone here can help me Thanks
