Arc speaker connected to the TV has just gone crazy. Middleton of a program it just starting sounding like some sort of nuclear alert siren.
Unbelievably loud single tone siren. Had to disconnect the speaker, only way to stop the sound.
any advise appreciated. Hope the speaker isn’t bricked. Wouldn’t be the first.

Do not factory reset it or you lose any potential info for Sonos to look at. See if it’s gone when you restart it. But an issue like that surely has to be “contact Sonos support”.

As a test, can you disconnect the Arc from the TV and see if you can play music from the Sonos app.
