Sonos One Black - Firmware Update

I have in my Sonos system 1 Sonos Roam, 3 Sonos Play 1, 2 Sonos One Black e 1 Sonos One white. I'm having a problem updating my Sonos One Black (error30). I tried contact by chat and we tried everything (ethernet cable, turning off the router, etc..). We did a factory reset and now I can't add them in my system. It's a firmware problem. I'm from Brazil and I can't complete this call

Anyone else having this problem?

Good News!! I connected the Sonos One to the power supply and the app like magic it updated the firmware.

Everything working normally again.

Thanks everyone!

Try plugging the speaker into your router/network with an ethernet cable and try the update again:

I tried all of this with chat support and nothing worked.

Then I’d call in, as instructed in the chat, and speak directly to someone who can assist. I’ve certainly not run in to this issue on any of my Sonos Ones, or any of the other speakers I have.

Yes, but the problem that it is an international call. I've tried, but I can't complete It.

I see a support number in Colombia, but normally what @Pools-3015 suggested resolves the issue. I certainly don’t have further help on this. There doesn’t seem to be a support office in Brazil, unfortunately, I assume there isn’t enough sales there to support setting one up.
