Hi,we got 6 speakers:1 x beam3 x ikea symfonisk1 x Sonos One1 x Sonos Play 1 One of the speakers are attached to the router via Ethernet.all is updated and we use the new Sonos app on 4 different iOS units.Every time we open the app, not all speakers shows. The speakers that show is different from time to time.I can start and stop music on all speakers directly, so they are on WiFi.All speakers have a static IP address   

half of my sonos products have switched by themselveds to another wifi netwrok in my housr. how do i get everything back under the network that i want? i have sonos boost connected to router but half of my products arent even recoginiing it. 

My Setup:Xbox Series X Speaker audio =  Bitsream hdmi format Doldby AtmosHeadset format is Dolby Atmos for headphonesArctis 7x HeadphonesLG OLED 55 GXSound Settings are eARC Pass through BitstreamSonos ARC  When i am using the 5.1 Sonos setup everyhting is fine. But when i turn on the headphone the 5.1 Sonos setup is not (fully) muted. I keep hearing the sound but its cutting in and out every second or so. Sound on the headphones is fine. I changed some settings on xbox and OLED but i cant get it to stop unless i lower the volume on Sonos to zero ( green led ).At 1st i thought it was a problem with the headphones. I was using a Corsair HS75 XB headset which uses the xbox protocol for wireless connection. I changed to the Arctis ones which uses its own usb dongle but this didnt resolve the issue.

Hi. I am having trouble getting S2 windows app to work. When I select the installed app icon a orange Sonos logo appears in the middle of the screen ± 500x500 pixels. Then disappears without the controller loading.  I have tried: Uninstalling, removing from recycle bin, deleting the downloaded file. Re-downloaded and installed, with restarting the PC inbetween. Made sure the windows firewall allowed all the Sonos apps and options (private and public) Switched off my anti virus totally. Uninstalled and reinstalled while off.   None of the above seemed to work.   Please help guys, this is really frustrating. Am also struggling with support as I am from South Africa and we don't have any proprietary support here. The time difference makes it difficult to contact the US support team.

We play music and kids’ stories served from a windows server. This worked fine for years. After disabling SMB1 because it was 2020 and failing to get the http service to work (with or without firewall) I set up windows media streaming over what looks like RTSP.We use the Sonos Android app (12.2.2), and also the Windows one, less often. Navigating the metadata works as expected, but this is not generally how we use the app. It isn’t really feasible to browse, or even search, tens of thousands of objects, made up of four or five distinct collections, as a flat list. The way to do that is to use folders. But navigating by folder does not work as expected: the app browses and finds the content, but it does not treat the folder as a potential playlist. In contrast with other sources (I’m thinking SMB folders, Spotify, Amazon) it does not associate play/add functionality with the list it has found. There aren’t any buttons. Click on a track and it dutifully plays that track and then stops. I

We recently changed our wifi password and I downloaded the new Sonos app. I‘ve been having trouble with the connection before, but now my Sonos won’t connect at all. I moved it to my room, which is closer to the decoder, and been trying to connect to WiFi both wireless and with ethernel. But it still can’t find my device. When trying to connect to WiFi the Sonos app says it’s the wrong password, but I’ve checked and it is the correct one.. 

Hello,As the title states, I am having issues with the following configuration:LG OLED B6Sonos Arc plugged into HDMI ARC with sub and surroundsXbox one x plugged into HMDI 1Firestick 4k plugged into HDMI 3|4Harmony hub and remote for controlI have no issues getting sound to output when I use my set activities on harmony for Xbox or any internal apps through the tv. Scenarios: Activity to play xbox.  Tv turns on and input is set to HDMI 1 and Xbox turns on.  Sound output works on Sonos Arc. Activity to watch Tv.  Tv turns on and input is set to live tv.  I can use any of the internal tv apps and sound output works on Sonos Arc. Activity to watch Firestick. Tv turns on and input is set to HDMI 4.  No Sound comes out from Sonos Arc.  Even if I switch to other inputs/activities the issue persists. To resolve this I have to switch to either LG tv input or Xbox input and try to stream something.  Turn tv off and launch either scenario 1 or 2 and Sonos works again.  I can then switch to Fires

Diagnostic: 1190678458Had the play one in my office and decided to use it at home. I’ve tried all troubleshooting found on the net. Finally it just says that it won’t connect to the WiFi 

I’m new to Sonos and I installed my first device, a Sonos Move, about 10 days ago.Everything was working fine until this morning when Alexa wouldn’t respond while I was playing an m3u playlist from my Music Library. Through trial and error I determined that she does respond if I pause playback but not while the playlist is playing. I also verified that Alexa responds normally when I’m playing a playlist from Amazon Music.I tried powering it off and on to no avail.Anyone have any ideas?

Hi All, I have the Apple TV (4K) and Sonos Arc. If I leave the “Change Format” to “Off” on the Apple TV (the default), it still seems to pass 5.1 through to the Sonos Arc. This is different behaviour to that of the Beam where you had to hardcode it by changing the format to DD 5.1, otherwise who knows what you were going to get. My question is, what is the recommended setting to ensure Dolby Digital plus is passed through to Apple TV onto the Arc? My TV supports Dolby Digital Plus and I want to ensure I am not re-encoding do DD 5.1 if I don’t have to be, and that might be hardcoding it to DD 5.1 only ...and I miss out on DD 5.1 plus ...and therefore ATMOS. Any help appreciated!    

Hello,when I search a track in Sonos, wherever i start from (my music, deezer, my artists) the result is not limited to my tracks (favourites or belonging to playlist) but all tracks from deezer are shien. how should I do to search my favourites from my Deezer playlist ?Hope this was clear enough,thanks

So im looking to change my tv sound system. Right now i have a bar, sub, 2 small speakers. Im tired of having so many speakers everywhere! I heard that the Arc is the new full surround sound system that plays the role of all those speakers combined. That was the opinion of a few people, but id like more opinions. My objective is to have 1 speaker that does wonders in terms of surround sound to end the clutter in the living room.thanks!!

I connected the Beam with my LG LE5400 tv, used the connection in the box from the optical to HDMI. Every hour or so the sound stops for a few seconds, what is the problem?  

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but I just got an Arc a few weeks ago, and noticed the other day that the woofer speaker coming out of the left side was coming out and detaching from the main body (SEE PICTURES). I live in an apt so I definitely cant play the soundbar THAT loud so im curious if anyone is having this issue. Or if Sonos would be able to help fix this. I havent noticed a change in music quality, just guessing a defect on finishing? 

I have been troubleshooting a rather strange behaviour with my SONOS speakers.I've noticed that this behaviour started somewhere between last week this week.I do have AutoUpdate enabled on both SONOS as Ubiquiti.I got:2x older Play12x newer PlayONE1x Playbar The behaviour is that somewhere during the day (i think in the night) both the 2 older Play1 and Playbar loses connection with my home network.My 2 newer PlayONE speakers work fine and the rest of stuff on my network keeps working without a hitch.I have tried restarting the speakers but that didn't help.Tried wiping them back to factory defaults (powering up while holding PLAY button). But then they don't connect to the network at all.The only thing that works is when I reboot my router. So the next day when it happened, I went in and cleared the DHCP lease of one of the speakers but when it rebooted it still didn't get connected to the network.I'm running out of ideas where to look. I am running a Ubiquiti network.2x Ubiquiti Nano

I have still not received my refund after a month from receiving an email advising that Sonos had received the product. This is well over the 10-15 Business days refund time stated in the email.I have been unable to contact the customer support team for further advice. Please can someone help?  Best,Chloe

I spent most of the day setting up my new Sonos system, it required me to deactivate most of my old components but I finally was able to reset everything install the S2 app and add some of the new components. The first room I added was my theater room with an arc, a subwoofer, and a Sonos amp for the rear surrounds. My app shows that all components were installed and set up correctly, but I get no sound from the rear surround speakers. I tested the wiring to the speakers and it tested fine. I have played music and movies I set the surrounds to full and to ambient and have no response from them. Attached is a diagnostic 1010928060

Hi getting frustrated now, this keeps repeatedly happening for no apparent reason at all. Go to play / use apple music via Sonos app on either phone or desktop app i’m told to reauthorise apple music. WHY? On the desktop it just doesn’t work. On the iphone it again doesn’t work - it just spins when i enter password - EVEN THOUGH I AM ALREADY LOGGED INTO MY apple id!!! Can we please just get a fix?? I am quite apple and Sonos savvy but this is just ridiculous. PLEASE HELP. Ive used Sonos since its inception and apple from way back but i must say it is getting very glitchy… let’s hope someone has an answer.

Looking to buy some RF 7 3s for my Sonos amp. Wondering if it’s too much for my amp or get something smaller? I really don’t want to go buy a true AV receiver. Reason being that I would have to go and get a Sonia connect and I feel like it’s a hassle. Please recommend me floor speakers. 

I have a Samsung UN55F9000AF Television and cannot get my Beam to connect to the TV over the ARC HDMI connection.  I’m getting the ‘HDMI ARC not detected” when I try to configure the unit in my app.

Trying to take advantage of the Sonos (up to 30%) upgrade discount available online (upgrading from an older Five to the newer version)…  Have clicked on my existing product and website now states ‘redeemed’ (or similar) but when I go to purchase the new product via website it still seems to comes back with the ‘regular’ full-price for the product, rather than showing the reduced price (i.e. full/regular price MINUS 30% discount [in this case] therefore customer asked to enter credit/debit card for the lower-cost total price.  Anyone had a similar experience - and more importantly - know how to resolve so I can pay the reduced/discounted total ‘upgrade’ price?Many thanks. We have a Sonos Beam.. I cannot turn off speakers on TV (Pioneer Plasma with attached Speakers).  Setup says use volume control on app.  Cant seem to figure out how to do that.  Sound is fine with Google assistant..

I've hooked up my Play 3 through an ethernet cable, using the S2 app (Tried S1 app - FAIL). The device works perfectly through the cable. I'm trying to setup the wireless functionality, but when I access the System>Network>Networks all I get is a message saying 'In Use’'. I can't see any SSID's. The message is the same on Apple IOS and Android. Asus router is B/G/N enabled and all devices are on the 2.4g frequency. 5g network is live, but shutting that down is not an option. Without access to the ssid's I can't setup the wireless passwords. All factory resets and updates completed. Any ideas or advice gratefully accepted. 

Hi- when i log into the app/find the Sonos system on the wifi at a vacation home (not my account/home) it forces me to “update for more features”… but I’m not the owner and don’t know their account email/password. How can i use the system without going through this step?
