My Move isn’t changing from network to Bluetooth mode when I press the mode change button??

Is your Move up-to-date with the latest firmware?
Have you tried rebooting the Move?
To reboot, remove the Move from it’s charging bay, press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds, and place it back on it’s charging bay. It should automatically turn on by itself.
