Hi, I’ve have a number of Sonos zones, old ones not compatible with S2.Sonos upgrade terms states that the upgrade discount is single use, but is this per account or per zone? That is can I trade one zone (say a Connect) today and get the discount and then next month do the same for a different zone (for instance, a Play:5)? Thanks, Bernardo Cabral

I can find music on the YouTube Music app which doesn't appear in the Sonos interface - do only things listed as "songs" appear, not videos? I have a premium account. Thank you!

It is possible to add a sub wirelees non sonos to a sonos system with a play five?

I have spent around 2 years building playlists for various occasions and moods but they have recently disappeared off my Sonos control app and there are currently no playlists on the playlists list. Please help!

Sonos Arc sounding tinny and metallic after Trueplay and also multiple EQ, surround and sub configs and changes to settings. The only way I could get the Arc to sound kind of OK was EQ - Treble -10 and Bass - 6, but still tinny. Is this a bug and Sonos need a software fix? Many thanks for any help as I did not expect the Arc to be like this

I have a pair of play 1s that go out of sync after a day or of resetting and repairing. I'm running a Google wifi mesh network. Everything else seems to be fine and my surround setups haven't had the issue

So say I use hi res tidal or Qobuz on sonos connect (s2 capable) and use the digital out to an external DAC will I get hi res audio?

I haven't been able to find the option yet in the SONOS App but it is easily found in the Bose App and most other apps that open a native  version of an application . In the Bose app you see a button that just say “Open Spotify” and it will take  you to the actual application even though the Bose app also has a native spotify functionality.

Hi. After searching the forum this feels like a borderline case:I’m having problems keeping my Sonos Move on my “devices” VLAN. I first set it up through my “normal” VLAN with the rest of my Sonos players. Then, I moved them all to “devices”, and have configured then and my Unifi USG router, switches and APs so that I can control the Sonos players from my “normal” VLAN.Moving the Sonos Move to the devices network ain’t at all easy, though: I ended up doing a factory reset and set it up with the iPhone connected to the “devices” network, and everything looked good.Except that the Move goes into battery saving mode, and when it wakes up it connects to the “normal” network - even though I haven’t configured it to connect to it after the factory reset!  How is this possible?Does the setup procedure copy ALL Wifi networks from the phone to the Move and somehow convinces Move to connect to another network than the one I set it up with? This makes no sense to me at all.  What’s going on? Cheer

I love using Sonos to control my home audio environment (I have five devices throughout the house), but now I must frequently connect to my work network by VPN (because I’m working primarily from home due to the pandemic). After I connect to my work network using CIsco AnyConnect VPN client, I’m no longer to access my Sonos system on my home network.  Instead, the Sonos application displays a message that says “You’re on a different wireless network than Sonos...”.  I’d like to control my home Sonos network while connected to my VPN work network. One option in the Cisco client is to “Allow local LAN access when using VPN - if configured”. That seems like it would allow me to do both at the same time, but I’ve selected it and it doesn’t work.  Please help?

I have my music library on my iMac, but I have to be logged on to my account to play music through my iPad. Why do I need to be logged on to play the music? If the iMac is on then surely I should be able to access the music. Hope someone can help.thanks.

Any fellow nurses or first responders excited to read about the 30% discount on up to $2500 only to find a very different experience when applying the verified (id.me) codes?  Seems to be suddenly now 20% on just $1000…that's a big change.  Frustrating that all of the articles posted indicated the 30% would last though 2020.   No specific details or changes seem to be communicated on the site. What gives?

I have a TCL Roku TV and a cable box, each or which has their own remote. While I’m watching TV both remotes control the volume on the Beam. But if I’m listening to music, when I change the volume on the remotes, the volume doesn’t change. The volume level appears on the TV when I try to change it, but the volume doesn’t change. I had a Polk Audio sound bar before and the remotes changed the volume when I was listening to music. I assume there is something wrong and that this is not supposed to be the way it works?

Hi, my play 5 which I think is about 4 years old now has suddenly stopped working. Tried hard reset holding mute whilst putting power cord back in. Tried a different power cord. Nothing works, completely unresponsive. What are my options? Thanks.

Amazon HD keeps cutting in and out during playback a got a message from somewhere stating that the buffer couldn’t keep up with desired bitrate?

Hi,For several days now that the sonos move speaker does not playing music when I request through Google Assistant and it's only saying "sorry, I can't to that on this device" how can I fix this issue? Thanks.

I have a total of 7 other speakers, the boost and now the port that I have connected my home theater to.   When playing music all of my speakers are now out of sync with timing.   I’ve done all the updates.  Tried all 3 channels,  restarted the network and restarted each speaker.   Is there something else I can do to make them all play at the same time because my house now sounds like a echo chamber.

TLDR - cant use google assistant as my integrated voice control on a sonos Beam as the assistant app fails to find them as devices - but they do show up in the google home app.---------------So, just purchased a Beam. The set up process did not go as smoothly as I had hoped and it took many attempts to get it connected to my WiFi network but eventually it all seemed to be working. I then initially connected it to my Alexa service and that worked fine. However, I decided to switch to google assistant (to avoid command conflicts with an echo that’s in the same room) and it fails to find the device in the assistant app. After many attempts i looked into the devices in the separate google Home app and 2 sonos devices were present (the speaker itself and once called TV control) and my account was linked. Indeed I was able to command  the beam from a google hub in a separate room, but the beam itself refused to accept google assistant commands and the sonos S2 app said it wasn't a linked ser

It’s probably right in front of my eyes but for some reason I can’t seem to find the podcasts section when I browse the Spotify source in this newest sonos for windows app? I could have sworn there was a podcasts section after I tap into spotify but now all I see is playlists, songs, albums when I go to my library. Has it been removed?
