Sonos Move, new last Christmas, has always been a problem:  When initially set up, would be visible to some android controllers but not others.  Even when all are connected to same wifi network and/or same wifi network AP/ssid. ONLY the Desktop app tells me to register the product.  Upon initial install and some subsequent factory reset operations, android app doesn’t ask me to register the ‘new product’.  This is very frustrating when you forget you have to register the Move on the desktop PC. On most attempts to ‘find missing product’ or ‘install new product’, the operation fails, telling me there’s a problem connecting to the network that all devices are connected to.  On SOME attempts to ‘find missing’ or ‘install new’, android app suggests using bluetooth, and that has worked ONE time, but the Move is still not visible/controllable by all controllers. NOW, the Move will not enter bluetooth mode and fails on every attempt to ‘find missing’ or ‘install new’, and yet, system info sho

I live in the UK and have logged onto my Sonos account and identified two old Sonos products that I’d like to upgrade. I’ve added the two new products to my basket but when I go through to the payment page the pricing is in dollars, not GB Pounds (which may well be OK with the discount, but depends on how advantageous the pricing is in GBP vs. USD). Apart from that I want to check that I’m going to receive UK products shipped from the UK designed for 240 volts and not US products shipped from the States designed for 110AC current.Anyone know if I can do the upgrade from the UK (and in GBP)?

I want to add a turntable to my Sonos setup. I have a sub, playbar and Sonos ones in the room I want to add the turntable to. What do I need to connect a deck to this setup? A Sonos Port or Connect or Connect amp? Thanks in advance

Hello, I am trying to play my iTunes playlists through Sonos but cannot see them.I have followed all the steps:in Settings / Manage music library, I have added the folder where iTunes music library lives - I can see all the songs/artists/albums fine in Sonos. I have exported each playlist in XLM format from iTunes and saved them in the same folder as above. I have Updated the Music library to ensure all changes are indexed.After all this when I go to Music Library / Imported playlists - there is still no selection available. What am I missing? Thanks. 

I’m sorry I know this question has been asked before but I’m looking for clarification as I’ve read conflicting accounts.   Is the Sonos available on a Chromebook?

Hello,I live in a 2-floor house (ground level and 1st floor), which has 500 Mb/s internet connection. I use a TP-link Mesh wifi setup to distribute internet: 3x Deco M9plus (one is the main Deco attached to my modem) + 2x Deco M5.In my living room (ground level), there are 1x PlayBar + Sub + 2x Play 3 (just in a next room where the main Deco M9plus is). In this living room, there is also a second Deco M9plus using a ethernet backhaul. In the same level, I have another room where there is a Sonos Amp (in this room there is also a Deco M5 using wifi backhaul).In the 1st floor, there is a Deco M9plus attached with ethernet backhaul where there are 3 rooms (there is a Play 3 in each room; the last room has also a Deco M5, wifi backhaul).Everywhere in the house, I have at least 200-250 Mb/s wifi speed.Sonos setup is with wifi (WM).When I play Tune-In, all the speakers work well except the home cinema PlayBar+Sub+2x Play 3 group (wifi signal is around 300-400 Mb/s here), when it works alone,

Hi All , I got a project sb deck for Xmas , I want to set it up in the living room. In the room I have a Sonos bar , a sub and two Sonos ones.  I do have the new generation  Sonos 5 in the kitchen but was really hoping to leave it in there. Is it possible to set up the deck in the living room without bringing the 5 in ?? mad you can imagine  I really don’t want to have the deck in the kitchen   

Hello, just got a Beam and the touch control don't work though it is turned on in the app. Touch controls on two surround Ones do work though. Have done full reset on Beam too which hasn't fixed it. Regards,Chetan

Got the Five on 11.11. Love the sound and turn on as often as I get the chance.In just the last couple of months, I noticed that the music stops after a while.  Initially I thought the playlist ended but lately, I started noticing a sudden stop in the playing mid song.I use a Linksys Velop mesh.  I have only the Five. Switched the channels on the Mesh, Reset the mesh.  Even unplugged, & reconnected my fibre broadband. Did a wired connection of the Five to the root (parent) router of the Linksys Mesh. Have also tried to uninstall the Sonos Five and re-install the Five. Here are the last 10 drops (Date:  Approx length of time I noticed it stopped) while playing a very very long playlist on iPhone 11  23.12.2020   33 mins 29.12.2020   1hr 03 mins 30.12.2020   16 mins 01.01.2021   49 mins 03.01.2021   1hr 38 mins 05.01.2021   1hr 26 mins 08.01.2021   58 mins 11.01.2021   25 mins. 12.01.2021   52 mins 13.01.2021   09 mins Please help.  This is getting rather frustrating.Thanks.

Hi,Several of the search tabs in the S1 android app are causing the app to crash for me. In particular, Podcasts and Shows, Genres, Stations and perhaps a few others. Unaffected are Artists, Songs, and Albums. I can switch to the tab successfully, but when I start typing, the app unceremoniously closes. I’m on a Galaxy S9+. Anyone else experiencing this?I tried clearing the cash as well as reinstalling the app to no avail.Thanks,Stuart

Hello,My Sonos One suddenly stopped responding to voice commands out of nowhere today. The microphone light on top won’t turn on. I did a factory reset and when I try adding a voice assistant through the Sonos app on Android, I immediately get a “Connection problem” error when I tap either Google Assistant or Alexa. It doesn’t even try to connect or search for anything, it just instantly throws this error. What’s the deal? It happens from my wife’s iPhone as well. I’ve unlinked Sonos from my Google Home app and still nothing.I submitted a diagnostic report, 620881377

Hi allI know there was much written about SONOS and STP and I have read all (as far as found) in the German and English community.I have no chance to get it run on my network. As soon as I connect the second SONOS to the LAN the network goes down.I tried to get assistance from SONOS and Netgear (the switches I use). No chance.I really would like to understand where the problem is.Maybe there is somebody who could help/assist? Would be very graetful.Thanks.This is my network: 

hiI noticed that Sonos recently ended the recycle mode on older devices. Now you can get the trade up discount but still use your old devices- albeit on the S1 app. I took up the trade up months ago as I felt I had no choice when the scheme was introduced and we were told old devices would mean your music network wouldn't work even if you had some newer devices like I had. The recycle mode reversal is welcome, but what can people do with devices they have in recycle mode? Is there a way yet for Sonos to re activate them?

I've noticed that when you put the Move into sleep mode, or even completely shut it down, It loses battery fairly quickly. Can you just leave it in the charger base, charging at all times, or will this damage the battery? Many thanks. 

Hi, I’ve seen slight variations to this issue on other threads but none that quite address it. Problem Google assistant was not working on the Sonos One speaker (the microphone was not active and not illuminated). In an attempt to resolve this issue I unlinked the Sonos from Google and tried re-linking.   Now the situation is that when I go to re-activate the GA service within the Sonos App the following happens: 1.) I'm prompted to add GA to my Sonos 2.) On the "select rooms" page I select the Sonos 3.) I press "add to google assistant" button and I'm re-directed to GA app 4.) This then simply takes me to App Store to purchase/download GA (which I already have)! 5.) When I then go back to Sonos app it says "Linking Google account" and HANGS on this page indefinitely with a spinning wheel.  6.) After a considerable length of time it times out and says "There was a problem adding google assistant".    As a work-around for this I've tried adding/linking Sonos from the GA app itself. This

Can we expect to be able to launch and manage music stored on our phones with voice commands?Thanks!

I have recently purchase an 85Q70T and trying to program the remote to control the volume for my Playbar. I’ve replaced the remote with Samsung, gone through the set up a number of times, Sonos blames Samsung, Samsung blames Sonos - anyone else find a fix for this?

I’ve been using the KISS service for a couple years now, but for the last few weeks it only lets me stream Kiss, Kisstory and Kiss Fresh. It won’t stream Kiss Fresh, Garage or Dance anymore.The stations appear in the list but as soon as I hit play nothing happens. I also have the dedicated Kiss app on my phone and that plays all the stations with no problems... but would love to start paying them through Sonos again. Any ideas?

My TV is mounted on the Sanus Swivel TV Base. The metal baseplate is a tad over 1/4” thick, and I am not sure there is enough clearance under the midsection of the arc.
