I just connected a Sonos arc to an lg Oled TV. The Sonos seems to be connected to my system. I’m able to play music and pair with my One SL but it’s not playing audio from my tv. It’s connected to the HDMI arc port. I’ve unplugged, reset my tv, etc. What am I doing wrong? Has anyone come across this?

I have a Play5 and have successfully linked it to iTunes on my windows 10 pc. More often than not the sonos app complains that it can't find the server. This is usually fixed by either rebooting my pc or the router but it happens a lot and is spoiling the enjoyment for me. Anyone else come across this problem?

I seem to have a rogue track on one room setup ( Beam plus 2 Play1’s). Not on the queue playlist but just appears and unable to stop/delete or play any other track … really weird - anyone got ideas or solutions

Hello,I have two Play:1 speakers (Sonos OS:S2, version 12.2.1, build 61183170, hardware version  1.20.1.6-1.1, series ID A200). I’m thinking about buying the current Beam that’s on sale for my TV. Would I be able to use the two Play:1 speakers as “surround sound” (i.e., place them on end tables on either side of the couch) with the Beam?Thanks!

HiMy Alexa is still not working properly. It will turn the TV on and off etc but on asking to play any music source  it responds that it is doing so without any sound. If I ask it to play a specific playlist, skip, rewind, pause etc it just turns the volume up. This is on all my voice controlled Sonos products and seems to have started with the latest issue of IOS. I have submitted another diagnostic report no. 511485704 for you after asking it to play Spotify and Amazon. I am disabled and invested a heck of a lot to have voice controlled systems to let me cope and thus I find this totally unacceptable I’m afraid. 

All of a sudden this morning my Sonos Radio Stations won’t work. Reset my router.   All other service’s work on Sonos - Apple Music and Radio, and TineIn (which is new to pop up on my menu).  But cannot connect or play Sonos Radio!  Non of the stations work.  Cruise control was my go to.    What to do. ? did submit a diagnostic report. 1508963402

So I have my Play5 sat high on a shefl to fill the room. I have my new Pro-ject Turntable on my bar. They’re several meters apart with no obvious cable run so how can I connect without having to use the Line-in cable option? Any Line-out convertors that work with the Sonos App?

I do not want streaming. I want device play with air play in iphone. in this case, can I group two sonos play1 and sonos one SL, using air play?

I have a BenQ HT3550 projector on the way and am unsure whether I can properly connect it to a Sonos system (One, sub, arc).  The BenQ site makes it read as thought it can (https://www.benq.com/en-us/knowledge-center/knowledge/how-to-connect-external-audio-to-your-benq-projector.html#S2).  Scenario 4 would seem to apply to me since my Sony UHD Blu ray player has 2 HDMI ports (Sony - UBP-X800M2 - ) with the sound being routed to the Sonos via bluray (am not using the projector for gaming or cable).  But I want to make sure the speaker config works as intended.Thanks!

I cannot get Dolby Atmos on my Arc when watching Netflix ( it’s on my LG cx 2020 model year) I have all the necessary requirements and when  I play through the tv speakers I also see the Atmos icon on the screen, this dissapears when I attach the Arc. I’ve tried enabling the eArc toggle in additional settings, makes no difference. The arc was set up using the v2 Sonos app . In fact all streamed content is broadcast in 2.0 when I check on the Sonos app.

New Sonos One, most up to date Sonos and Google Assistant app. Have tried repeated deleting/downloading of apps, linking/unlinking Sonos from the google assistant app.  I am unable to connect Google Assistant through the spotify app, it just gets stuck on the “Linking Google Account...” page and then I get an error. On the Google Assistant app, it shows the Sonos One has paired successfully.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for controlling Sonos without using a smartphone or a tablet? For example using the ‘Google Nest Hub’. I did read you can only do very basic commands and not full functionality like the Sonos App (searching, picking music, etc.).The reason I am asking is we want to give both our kids Sonos speakers as well but find both to young for smartphones or tablets to be in their room as a control device. I can limit internet access for the tablet and use-time, etc.. but it goes beyond that and is quite a uphill battle to get things to work well then. We also tried things like turning an ipad in or requesting use of it it. But that's even more of a hassle and error-proof. They are getting to be inbetween the age they can and cannot handle digital media well and aren’t supervised the entire time. Today just out off the blue music stopped playing and since then neither me nor my wife can access our yousee music account through sonos. It keeps saying that I cannot browse the music. Yousee music app works fine though. I removed my sonos account from the app and put it back. I removed my yousee account from there and when trying to add it back it said the yousee server doesn't recognise my login information and I should contact yousee. I changed my yousee login in their own app and it works fine as before. I tried to add it again to sonos with the new password and it still says it cannot be recognised and I should contact yousee. I'm in doubt there's anything wrong at yousee, since my password works fine in their own music app. It's also extremely strange that both mine and my wife's accounts stopped working on sonos at the same time. Hi, Just got the Sonos move and was pretty impressed with it but now it seems that when music is playing, the google assistant doesn’t work. I have to pause the music on the top of the speaker and then say the command. I have deleted the assistant and then reinstalled but the same problem persists. Has anyone else had this issue and knows of a fix?

I recently bought a pair of the Sanus stands for my One SLs but noticed that the power cable can only exit the back of the stand. I plan on putting these behind my sofa that is open to the rest of the room on the back. I want to push the stands partially under the back of the sofa and would like the power cable to come out the front of the stand rather than the back so I can hide the cables under the couch. Before I take back the Sanus stands, does anyone know if any stands have an option to change where the cable exits on the base? Flexson or the Sonos brand maybe?  

Will a Western Digital My Cloud Home work to play my MP3 music, on our Sonos  One/SL stereo pair set up which is controlled by a Amazon Alexa Echdot. Looking at maybe at getting a 2tb version. Don’t need it for anything else, at present all my music is on pc, and I use iPlayer to put it on our iPod a touch devices. Is there anything I should know about the WD my cloud, is it easy to set up with a Sonos, bearing in mind my skills are limited with computers.  Any other suggestions or help appreciated.

Jeg købte først to Move højtalere der kørte som stereo. Da beam kom på tilbud, så købte jeg også sådan en. Min plan var at bruge beam og Move højtalerne sammen for at give en god lyd til mit tv udover til afspilning and musik. Min beam ligger ved mit tv og mine Sonos er “bag” min sofa. Er det ikke muligt at bruge dem som surround Sound? Da jeg ville tilføje min beam til rummet, så ville den kun oprettes som selvstændig enhed. Da jeg så forsøgte at tilføje mine Move til beam, så kunne de ikke tilføjes?

I love my three brand new Sonoses, but I’ve just disabled the Google assistant on all three because it’s too inconsistent.  The assistant volume is tied to the Sonos volume, so when I listen to my music loud in the kitchen then “ hey Google” it’s incredibly jarring and loud. Especially for podcasts or for TV on the Beam, both of which are relatively quiet so the assistant becomes tremendously loud. Likewise when the music is quiet, if I then trigger the assistant from another room it’s far too quiet.  I’ve switched back to a Google home mini for now but it would be great if Sonos allowed you to separately control the assistant volume.    

This is more me being a bit of a neat-freak, but I have been using Sonos for a pretty long time and where I was able to trade in most of my systems my old Controller 100 keeps being listed as being an part of my current setup. I understand I cannot trade it in probably due to it’s age. But is there a way to get it out of ones system (I cannot fire it up anymore, it truly is dead, not even sure where I stored it).This obviously is something only in my Sonos account on the Sonos website. So it’s like the most minor thing ever. But if I can clean it up :) 

Is there a way to turn off a Sonos system remotely when you are out of town? My hubs was partying at our beach house and forgot to turn off the outdoor speakers last night. Neighbors were pissed.

I just moved into a new house and received the newer Xfinity XB7 Router. I am having issues setting up my Sonos network. I have my Gen2 Play 5 wired directly to the router and the Sonos rep said they can not see the device in the cloud.    Has anyone had same type of issues with XB7 Router?

The Sonos Move is my first and only Sonos device and I can’t get it to connect to my wifi. I have Xfinity wifi with a Deco 5 mesh network. I tried turning off 5GHz network on the Deco, but that didn’t help. Any ideas?

Hello, Just wondering if anyone used to experience or experiencing the same issue as me. My YouTube music (paid) was working fine the whole time with my Beam but all of a sudden today, it doesn’t work anymore. Whenever I request a song through Google Assistant, it always responses “Sorry, It looks like YouTube music isn’t currently available, please try again later.” I have tried to unlink my YouTube music and also google assistant but still not working. And I tried it on my Google Home, it’s working fine. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? Thanks. Your confirmation number is: 489116950.

During the day, I usually have a playlist from my library setup to play in three rooms -- Office, Kitchen and Master Bedroom.  Around supper we usually pause that playlist, and then watch TV. At bedtime, I have another alarm (do not include grouped rooms) that is set to trigger a playlist in the Master Bedroom only that plays a small “silent” playlist, basically in order to clear the queue (since my other automation s/w seems to ADD to the playlist, but that’s another issue) before my 10:00pm “Night Night” playlist starts.  Whenever this 1 minute alarm triggers, the other two rooms start up again and continue playing where they left off.  Obviously this isn’t what I want.I can fully replicate this on demand so it isn’t just a fluke.Any ideas on this “bug”?My systems consist of this…Associated Product: 192.168.1.181---------------------------------Play:3: KitchenSonos OS: S2Version: 12.2.1 (build 61183170)Hardware Version: 1.8.1.3-1.2Series ID: A100---------------------------------Play:
