Prior to the S2 app I had no problems.   Since that app upgrade I have routine connection issues.  I have called tech support multiple times and they say the speakers are connected to the system fine, so I’m convinced it’s comm between the phone and the system.  We have an EERO mesh system in the house for WiFi.   We have a lot of speakers.  On the order of 20. I am running a boost controller and we are using IPhone 11’s to communicate with the system.  This issue can be very sporadic.  This morning I was getting the cannot connect message and the 10 minutes later it connected fine.  Then 5 minutes later no connect.  Sometimes it only shows my move speakers and then later they all show up.  I’m running the latest IOS version on the phones and everything is up to date.  This I very frustrating after spending thousands to not be able to use the system.  Any help is much appreciated.

I run into this error every time I try to browse Apple Music through the S2 app. Weirdly it only occurs in the Albums and Artists tabs - “We’ve run into a problem. Try Again.” Have restarted router, updated and restarted Sonos, reset app, reauth’ed Apple Music. I have a beam which is wired in and Sonos net for two ones as surrounds. Anyone else have this issue?

I have searched high and low for answers to my questions, but can never seem to find an article/video/review that has answers to my very specific questions.  I hope the folks here can provide details that I need to make my decision!First, I’ll give you my setup/situation:I live in a small townhome with a small living room and am interested in downsizing my (very) modest home theater, piece by piece.  It currently includes:TV:  Samsung UN50J6200AFXZA (HDMI STB, HDMI DVI, but no eARC/ARC HDMI) Primary source:  Apple TV 4K Blu Ray AV Receiver + 2.1 Polk speaker systemQUESTIONS Will a SONOS Arc work at all w/ a pre-eARC/ARC HDMI TV?  (If 1 is “YES”) How would a SONOS Arc best fit into my TV + Apple TV setup?  Is it possible to integrate a Blu Ray as an additional source here? Thanks to everyone!

I keep getting a message that I have to many playlist for the Sonos App.  I have deleted 200 playlist from my music server and still the message.  I went through the Sonos Music Library imported playlist and found three that do not exist on my music server a Mac MiniLibraryMusicPurchasedHow do I delete these from Sonos? I called Sonos support and he said it was an Apple issue, then hung up.  I am not impressed with support.

Hi,Because I could not solve this error code as instructed (Sonos support page),  I’ve decided to replace my router with a Videotron's router, my Internet provider. I also reinstalled the latest version on my devices Samsung phone - (new) Ipad air2 - Samsung tablet (Android 10). All my systems has the latest version of the software but the system keeps trying to update the app !? Result, almost all of the settings are still not available. Now, the router can't be the problem, all of my componants have been reset..... Any suggestions ? Thanks

Hello to all, today phone music library is not completely found. It was before. Additionally  the  Artist index is not in alphabetical order.Any clue? Kind regards, Arnaldo

I bought a Port to play music from a Pro-Ject turntable to a couple of Sono One and a Subwoofer. The sound playing is so low you can barely hear it. what’s weird is there’s sound but it barely audible. Any suggestions?  tried switching cables. Resetting. And even did a couple of chants. Nothing seems to help.

Why are there so many things that don’t work when using the YouTube Music connection within the Sonos app that work fine in the YouTube Music app itself? Every time I ask Sonos they say, “Google hasn’t provided the tools for us to implement that yet” and every time I ask Google they say, “You’ll need to ask Sonos about that”.  Even stuff that appears to work on the surface doesn’t work right. I’ve been noticing that when I go to “My Supermix” on YTM within the Sonos app that it keeps playing a lot of the same songs and the songs it does play are mostly from the same genre (jazz, country, rock, etc….depending on what I last listened to). I just figured this was YTM’s crappy algorithm but then I started listening to that same “My Supermix” directly from the YTM app and low and behold...it actual had a decent mix of genre’s and songs that I’ve liked mixed with new songs. What is going on Sonos????

I want to upgrade my multi-room generation 1 system but have different component needs now in my new home. Eg, I don’t need a 5 nor do I need a Connect:Amp. Can I use these to upgrade to different products?

I get this error message that tells me to unplug and plug back in to finish setup.  Happens on all 5 of my speakers

I’m currently unable to browse music via my ‘Favorite Tracks’ under Deezer within Sonos.  I also noticed that I’m unable to add tracks to queue from Deezer within Sonos.  I’ve tried this on both my phone and my wife's phone with the same results.  The issue appears to be unique to Deezer on Sonos. So far, I’ve reset the entire system and my router.  I’ve reset the app multiple times.  I’ve removed Deezer from Sonos and subsequently reauthorized it.  None of this has worked. Suggestions?

I have an Amp, Playbar and Play 5 in different rooms. I never updated to S2 as I didn’t want to use 2 different apps.  When I opened the Sonos App today, my amp is now gone. I can cast to it so I know it is still working, any thoughts as to why it disappeared from both my iphone app and desktop app?

Hi,I’m using a Sonos One and playing from my MacBook Pro (OS 11.2.1).When playing streamed music to my Sonos it keeps cutting out all the time. Has anyone experienced this and have they found a remedy? Thanks

Is there a suggestion for a 2.1 set up? I was thinking of bypassing the soundbar for a cleaner more typical set up - not a huge fan of the “soundbar look.” I imagine the best way would be two play 1s or Play 3s, sub and Amp?  Thank you! Mark

I live in a pretty small loft. Like 300 sq. Basically a box. Currently I have a beam (attached to 55” tv) and 2 ‘stereo’ play 1s that are behind the couch. I have great sound in my place. But I want a little more….umf. I’m considering getting a sub. I just need help getting the ultimate setup to be really immersed in sound. I don’t have a lot of funds to drop. But was also looking at the arc, or another pair of play 1s for the front? Any suggestions?

Moved recently and now when pausing podcast through Sonos, it won’t allow me to resume but instead re-starts from beginning.  I assume this has something to do with my network, but can’t figure out the solution.  Any advice?

Hi everyone, I’m new here.I have a pair of Ikea/Sonos SYMFONISK lamp speakers, which are generally great. BUT one of the main things I’d like to use them for is playing Audible audiobooks, but every time I try to play an Audible book via Sonos it plays for a while and then restarts the same track, or moves to the next chapter too early. This happens whether I play via the Sonos app on Mac or my Android phone, and also if I play in Chrome on my Mac and send the audio via Airplay. It doesn’t happen with Spotify or with other audio output from the Mac.Any advice? Anyone else found the same problem?many thanks

Over the last few days my 2 One speakers and 3 dissapear from the app and also spotify.  I can see they are connected via WIFI but drop on and off.  The house has 3 Rukus AP’s and coverage is excellent and this has just started happening. Ideas?

Does anyone know what is the google home voice command to change the volume on my Samsung tv that is utilizing sonos’ playbar via optics setup?   for example if I was listening to Spotify on my tv or watching Hulu/Netflix?  When I ask google to increase volume on living room tv not thing happens...I tried different combination like increase volume on Sonos...living room ...etc...but no success.

Got a Pro-Ject T1 turntable and Port and trying to connect this set-up to my existing Sonos speakers. I have the Line-In selected and it’s playing through the speakers, but the volume is barely audible at max level.  Loudness is on, volume limit if off, line-out level is variable and the sound doesn’t get any louder than ~5%.  I’ve paired it with a Sonos One SL by itself to remove and surround sound issues from the threads and I’ve also paired it will ‘all’ speakers.  Not sure how to get the sound from the Sonos turntable to utilize my Sonos speakers.  Please help!

Hi, I used to have a Vizio P65. It stood tall enough that the Arc sat neatly in front of it on the entertainment center. I just upgraded to a LG CX65, and it sits so low that the Arc blocks an inch or more of the bottom of the TV.I bought the wall mounting kit for the Arc, but all the instructions are for mounting below the TV and I did a bit of research and it looks like there could be problems with ATMOS mounting above the TV (I do have a vaulted ceiling if that makes a difference). I’d love some opinions on the efficacy of putting it above the TV. Thanks.

Hello everyone and thanks for reading.I had a Symfonisk bookshelf and always had problem using it under wifi because my router can’t handle very well traffic from one band to another (I have the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz network separated and when I try to airplay from a device on 5Ghz network it won't work, but works better when the device is on the 2.4Ghz as the speaker). I managed to fix it by wiring the speaker to the router with the ethernet cable and everything works flawlessly. Now I’ve bought another Symfonisk speaker to be used in the kid’s room, and I want to add it to the SonosNet created by the first Symfonisk unit. I can see that the first speaker is on that network because in the About my system is reported as wm0.The problem is that when I try to add the second speaker it prompt me to add the wifi credential, and after the process is complete the speaker use that network instead of the SonosNet (in the about section is reported as wm1). I’ve tried several times, I’ve waited all ni

Hi there,I have a stereo pair of Play:5’s in the living room and one is making a strange tonal sound every so often. There isn’t an Alexa style device connected and it’s driving me mad.Any thoughts on how to fix it?

Hey allI’ve read a lot of posts on users having trouble connecting the Beam to Samsung televisions, but can’t seem to find a definitive answer on whether my TV will experience these issues.Does anyone use the Beam with a Samsung UE50RU7400U, and if so, do you have issues with it?I’m really keen to add the Beam to my setup but don’t want to run the risk of buying it and it not workingThank you in advance for any help you have provide :-)Rex

Cannot get lip synch with new Samsung 2020 TV via HDMI arc, was fine with Samsung 2015 model.Have tried rebooting all devices, removing speach delay on tv but sound still seems to be behind video. I see many others reporting the same issue.
