Want to purchase an ARC but have a 2019 Samsung Q90 TV with One Connect Box - Have issues be resolved? I heard a patch or firmware update was coming out to address?

hi has anybody else been experiencing problems with Sonos and the new Music app that replaced iTunes. I can no longer import playlists created on the Music app to Sonos.Sonos no longer recognises .xml files generated by the app.I’ve tried both the ‘iTunes Music Library.xml’ as generated automatically by the Music app  and individual playlists as .xml from Music but Sonos won’t read them. If I place an old iTunes generated .xml into the Sonos folder it reads it and updates the library accordingly so I know there isn’t a problem with where I’m placing files.Any solutions anyone? Thanks!

I have two Sonos-One speakers, each in a separate room. When streaming music stored on our NAS device, over our Orbi WiFi, it works flawlessly. When streaming music from Spotify, one speaker (always the same one) drops out every couple of minutes or so. I cannot understand why an internet buffering issue would only affect one speaker. Can anyone suggest a reason and a fix? thanks.

Hello, I can’t find the email support address for support issues?

Hello,I have multiple sonos devices. All of them are placed on WM = 0 as my ARC is wired. All other devices (Sonos Play: 1, Sub, Sonos Ones, Sonos Play_5s) are all on WM = 0 apart from a single Sonos One. I have power cycled it, factory reset to no avail. If I factory reset and wire it, it will show up as WM = 0; however as soon as I unplug the ethernet cable out of the One it goes back to WM = 1.Diagnostic 1596752830Any ideias? you help is appreciatted!

Hello, is to possible to connect Samsung Smart TV (comaptible with Aiplay 2) to Symfonisk speaker straight away or do I need another device for the set up? Thank you

With Roam I won’t always be on my WiFi thus reaching my NAS-based library will be tricky.  I could use the remote app that comes with my NAS but it’s clunky.  I would prefer to define my music library in S2 and thus reach it via 4/5G.   Is this possible?  If so, how to set up?

Can the new Roam speaker, or any other small speaker, be connected to my smart T.V. to improve spoken word on T.V. programmes (muffle speech a problem for me). I could buy a Beam soundbar but I’m thinking of something that could be placed next to me to improve the clarity of sound for me and at the correct volume for me without having something like the Beam which might be too loud for my wife? The only Sonos speaker I have at the moment is a Play5

Hi Everyone, I’m considering purchasing a Ring doorbell and would like to have it “ring” through my current Sonos Setup (Play Bar, Play1, One).   I see mixed reports on the success (and complexity) of integration. I don’t really fancy having a dedicated device to Chime or rely on my phone in the house So, is my simple requirement for a notification from Ring to Sonos to alert me someone at the door unrealistic? Thanks!

I want to ask what Sonos product is better for use with my computer. I am thinking if the new Sonos Roam could be use for it?Thanks a lot for the feedback about this quations

I recently setup both an Arc and Beam and connected them to TV’s in two separate rooms.  We had just moved into a new home without WiFi, so I used my hotspot on my cell phone to setup both the Arc and Beam using the Sonos App.We now have internet at the home, and I want to change the setup to connect to the home network.I reviewed the information on how to change Networks, and attempted to follow these instructions:Open the Sonos app for iOS or Android and wait while it searches for your Sonos system. Note that this process cannot be completed using the Sonos app for Mac or PC. When you see the message "Unable to connect to Sonos," tap Learn More. Tap Changed router or WiFi settings?I did receive the “Unable to connect to Sonos”; however after 10 minutes of waiting, it never provided a Learn More tab.I then attempted to use my Hotspot and access the Network Settings through the Sonos App; however, I could not find anywhere within the App to change or modify the Network Settings. It appe

I have music stored on my sd card on android phone and when playing through the sonos one in my kitchen always stops after 1 track, won't play an album continuously, no problems with Spotify or music services, just my old albums I have stored which aren't available online, has anybody had this problem and know any fixes, thank you

We recently purchased an Arc and a 5 with the assumption that our existing Play 5 would pair with the new 5 for the surround rears. The app (s2) would only allow me to connect our old Play 1’s. Is it possible to use a Play 5 and 5 together or will I need to buy another 5?

Hey Sonos Team: will you guys ever be adding subwoofer level controls to the main screen of the app. I find and I’m sure others find it takes a lot of steps just to adjust subwoofer if say watching a movie at home etc.  thank you,George

Hi, I recently purchased an installed the Sonos Arc and we hearing random chimes coming out of it. We do not have any voice assistants installed. There’s no apparent words that spark this chime.  Any ideas how to stop this before i go mad?

This has been bugging me for a while. The line in inputs on my (new) Amp is coloured red and white. There’s no indication of L and R but to my knowledge in all audio equipment Right is red and Left is white. Most,if not all, are marked that way. When i connect a CDP for example using Line in inputs (red to red and white to white) and play a audio test CD what should be coming out of the left speaker comes out the right. I have learned just to live with this by crossing the connections to my CDP. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Alexa will talk over the first few seconds of the song with name and artist of the song when requesting to play a song.  I’ve looked all over for a fix and cannot find anything.  Can someone please address this?

If I pre order an item will the payment be taken straight away or when the item is shipped ?

Tried to preorder right after the announcement and it keeps telling me ‘sorry it doesn’t exist’ even though in multiple places it says, ‘preorder now’.

I have installed a tp-link deco S4 mesh network  and have now lost connection to my three Sonos speakers. I’ve connected one of the speakers via Ethernet to the main S4 unit which is connected to the router. getting a wee bit vexed/stressed. Wifi is excellent throughout house now and was hoping for a simple reconnect for the Sonos speakers. Are there any not too techie ways of resolving this? I’ve seen a couple of threads which make some quantum leaps in assumed capabilities of the reader..

Hi All,I can see that Sonos just pushed out version 13 of the S2 Sonos controller app.Does anyone know what the new features are of this major version upgrade? I looked at the Sonos change log and the last information posted was about v12.2.2

I took my Sonos 5 gen 2 to another house for a about a week and when I returned to my own house and tried to connect it to my Sonos system it wouldn’t work. I have been trying a lot of things since then but nothing works.I have resetted the speaker and also unplugged my router and tried it all again but it still didn’t work.when I try to connect it it shows up but then I have to press the button on the back. But when I press the button on the back nothing happens, I hear the chime but the app doesn’t tell me it is connecting and nothing is happening. I have also tried pluggin it directly into the router and connect it but it didn’t work. anyone got any ideas on what I can try to do?

I asked this question a while back and wanted to see if anyone has found a solution.  I have a sonos ARC and my media room is setup with 3 displays.  I would love to be able to use the ARC as the audio source for all displays.. all 3 displays have E-ARC is there an HDMI switch out there that i can use just to switch which display is feeding the Sonos ARC

Hello,A suggestion for the sonos APP: capability to browse folders.Currently, the APP (at least in Android), in the “Browse this device”, the available options are:Artists Albums Genres Songs Playlists PodcastsI suggset the addition of the option to browse folders. Why? Because not al files have the correct data to be identified, so if I look for a band (for example), not all songs are showing up. So, if I could browse to the folder containing all the files for the band (and the subfolders containing albums) and was able to play (recursively so to include any subfolder in the folder) from this folder, it would not matter whether the files have the correct data or not. Thanks!
