Hello, I can’t find the email support address for support issues?

The online chat is far from ideal as no “ticket” is opened and no response or resolution is committed to by Sonos. One can only hope someone answers, which is not proper or professional support in my opinion.

Calling is not an option if you are on the ther side of the ocean...

For me, Sonos should effect a proper CRM system.


What country do you live in?


South Africa, but that is not the point.

I prefer email support. 

Hopefully someone from Sonos reads and responds to this...

Seems like Sonos get their members to try and sort technical issues out and when the members can’t assist, nothing happens.

This is very poor service in my book.

You’re correct in that we no longer accept support requests via email.

We do however still offer phone and chat support as GuitarSuperstar correctly pointed out.

Chat is available in English under the UK, US and Australia options on the support page, though it’s important to note you don’t need to reside in the country that chat is advertised under to get support there. Since you’re in South Africa, the UK hours of operation will likely be the best option for you, though you’re welcome to pick another option if that doesn’t suit.
