Will Sonos be doing an update in order to be able to ‘stereo pair’ a play 5 gen2 with a Sonos Five?

Hi. I very much doubt it, or they would have made it possible from the outset. Sonos have never allowed the stereo pairing of non-identical speakers, although for this purpose the One (gen 1), One (gen 2) and One SL are considered identical, as they are acoustically identical.
