Bonjour j'ai changé mon opérateur internet et depuis je n'arrive pas à connecter mon enceinte??? Comment faire ?merci

I know a lot of Era 300 users are requesting that the front-facing driver be activated on the Era 300 when used as a surround speaker. Although this would be a useful option, I think an even more important feature would be to offer separate surround level sliders for the side surround and rear surround channels.I’ve been testing my Arc + Sub + Era 300s setup pretty extensively for the last few weeks. The biggest issue I have with the Era 300s is the rear surround channel levels are much much lower than the side surround channels. This is particularly noticeable when listening to music in Dolby Atmos or 5.1. I have also confirmed this with a 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos Test Tones video. If I had the ability to increase the rear surround channels to match the side surround channel levels, I think this would greatly improve the surround experience with the Era 300s and might even be a good alternative solution to enabling the front-facing driver.

I have a Sony Bravia TV connected to my Beam. I recently moved and am now having issues with the sound. Before moving, if I switched from music, my Switch, or other item connected to tv, then back to my Roku, the sound was fine. Now, if I use any of those and go back to Roku, no sound comes from the Sonos, only the tv audio. I have unplugged both, waited, then connected each back several times. It works for a bit, then doesn’t want to work. Both tv and Sonos are updated on all software. Bravia Sync is turned on and I have tried going through the tv set up within the app, and it always says not connected.This is extremely frustrating and don’t know what else to do. I do not understand why it would work fine in one location then not work properly in another. 

Hi All, I need your advice and help !! as I have recently received my new ERA 300’S to add to my Arc and Gen 3 Sub,  The Spatial / Atmos  music that comes out through the app ( Apple ) is outstanding and i love the clarity and depth of the music,However i now find after re-calibrating my speakers through the app that the movie sound coming out of the ARC is very tinney and not as good as it used to be,  I’ve turned down the treble and it’s still not as i would like it,Do any of you have any recommendations for the settings ??

I haven’t found an exact answer on the forums here, so apologies in advance if this appears to be a duplicate post, but I just need some clarification before we start doing some wiring in our house…For aesthetic purposes I am looking for a setup that allows a 5.1 setup to run on Sonos.The TV is going above fireplace within a recessed area and we don’t want a mantle for a Sonos sound bar (Arc) to sit on top of.As I understand it, there is no way to get a 5.1 setup with Sonos if you’re not going with an Arc (or Beam) and pairing with Sonos rears (Eras, One, Fives, etc.) or passive ceiling speakers powered by a Sonos Amp that is then paired with the Arc. It seems like the best I could do is a 4.1 setup with no center channel if I went with a pair of in-wall and in-ceiling speakers - each powered by a pair of Sonos Amps, is this correct?Alternatively, if I had a 5.1 setup connected to an AV receiver could I connect a Sonos Port? If so, what is required to easily switch between TV audio and

Hello to.all, I purchased 2 Era300 and 2 Era100 for a comparison with a Beam 2 gen and Mini Sub on a home theater system.My impressions:I played a Dolby vision + Dolby Atmos demo of.the tv:Seems more detailed the sound coming from the 100's.And I played later a movie badged "Dolby Atmos" on Netflix.On a scene where there is an helicopter flying from the left side the sound is very similar to the 3O0's.U don't feel the different effects of the Dolby Atmos.Even thought SonoS app reports me "Dolby Atmos". I also moved through different places of the room and, still, do not feel the  sound difference from the 2 types of speakers. Anybody has the same impression?Shame i can't up load here the registration of the sound  comparison  

Hello I have the arc. Mini sub and two Sonos ones . The ones are on the wall at the rear however my sofa is against the wall as well. I have no way of placing them behind me. if I replace the ones with the era’s would they still work not being behind me?they would be placed on stands right in the rear corner of the room. mid this would still work how should they face ? Into the room or at 45deg into the room or turned to face me on the sofa.also I have never had great success with atmos movies with the arc and ones I would hope the eras would fix this.

Hi everyone! I currently have the Kenwood KR-A4070 and speakercraft amp operating our built in speakers. We have 6 speakers. Can we replace the kenwood receiver and speakercraft with the sonos port? The system is pretty outdated - we added a bluetooth connect, but the sound is pretty inconsistent and we’re looking for an upgrade. would y’all suggest a sonos amp? Any suggestions appreciated! By the way, this is just used for music and is currently tucked away in a cabinet.TIA 

I use Samsung Smart Things to turn on my smart tv, without a soundbar connected everything works perfectly - the TV turns on / offAs soon as I connect the soundbar through the ARC port with Anynet+ turned on, the TV stops turning on, not only through Smart Things, but also with the help of Google Assistant in the soundbar itself. What could be the problem?

hi,have ARC connected via 2.4Ghz(only uses 2.4Ghz) if i purchase a sub mini can i use the 5Ghz or does it have to be the same 2.4Ghz ?.thanks

Hi allHaving switched to Sonos, My collection of Logitech squeezeboxes has been sold. I now have a Sonos unit, which I adore, but I'm itching to upgrade to a beam. The question is if I will detect a noticeable improvement over my Yamaha YHT S400, which is ten years old. Side-by-side listening comparisons will be challenging, if not impossible.I appreciate it.

Anyone seen a review or discussion of ERA300 as rears for an Arc HT setup? Currently using a pair of Ones as rears. Assuming the 300 will add additional Atmos content?

Is there any plan for Sonos to ever make us all happy and support 7.1 surround sound? I love the Arc but it takes up 3 channels. 

Would adding 1 era 300 to my beam tv sound improve my sound in a smaller room?

Ok so decided with all my Sonos equipment I have I wanted with the new era units and new LG OLED 2023 G series I wanted to set it up the right way.  got the TV mounted and of course the room isn’t a square. But now I replaced the Sonos pair of ones with the new era 100’s. And have a pair of the era 300. What’s the best placement and use of these.  someone told me the 100’s should be to the right and left of you cornered a bit if it’s a corner room and then the era 300 to be used as surround sound in the rear corners A bit. Meaning I should use the mounts and change room set up?? I know what I know and know what I don’t 

Looking to purchase a singular Era 100 to link to my beam gen 2 for surround sound. Is this possible?  I saw something that said it had to be a pair of era 100s. 

Picked up a pair of 300’s last week to replace my Symfonisk bookshelfs as my surrounds. Before setting them up I spent the night at a friends house and just set them up as a stereo pair. Played some spatial audio from Apple Music and it was mind blowing how incredible they sounded. It filled an entire room as if there were speakers in every corner. It was like magic. It made listening music fun in a way I have never experienced outside of being at a concert. Fast forward to bringing them home and setting them up as my new rears to my Arc and Sub set up. They somehow sounded worse than the Symfonisks. And I did Trueplay multiple times just to be sure. I get that its a “different” approach to surrounds but after hearing what they’re capable of as a stereo pair I can’t, for the life of me, understand how a set of speakers costing the same as an Arc sound like this as surrounds. They also seem to have a choppy audio if you put your ears close to the speaker to hear what it’s really doing.

Hello to all,I have a Beam Gen2 + SUb Mini I use the system for music + home theaterI use Amazon Fire Stick 4 Ultra HD that it seems should give DOlby Atmos (on “sound diagnostic”) but:I get the badge “Dolby Atmos” on some Disney+ movies Don’t get the badge “Dolby Atmos” badge on Netflix and Prime movies (same title has the badge on other account)So, i played a movie in Disney+ with “Dolby Atmos” badge….and can’t feel it...is there a way I can check that the sound is effectively “Dolby Atmos”???Sonos diagnostic : 353337923 Please help!My TV supports DOlby Atmos….  

Bonjour, Je viens de recevoir ma SONOS BEAM 2, j'aimerais savoir si il est possible d'éteindre la barre de son pour récupérer le son de la TV.Le problème que je rencontre est étrange. Sur ma Sony xh90 je peux choisir d'utiliser les enceintes de la TV ou un système audio externe.Quand je sélectionne dans mes réglage de retourner sur les enceintes de la TV ça fonctionne 2 seconde puis la BEAM reprend le dessus.Quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème ?Merci.

I have Arc  + 2 Sonos One Sl as rear speakers + Sub Woofer (Gen 3).When listening to music via Airplay or Radio, can I turn off ARC and use 2 Sonos One Sl + Sub to listen in stereo mode?

Hi, I have a BenQ x3000i projector connected to my Arc and I would like to control the volume using the remote.  However, it will not pair.  I have seen this issue on the forum previously, but the answer did not help.  Previously, The Arc will pair with my Firestick remote, but not the BenQ which is an IR remote.  So, I know that the Arc is capable of pairing through the projector, but not with this particular remote.  Any clues.  In the past, I have had no trouble pairing remotes, just this particular one.  Thank you for any help. John

Who else is sitting in this boat with my lame butt? Lol. Was unable to get stands for these things. Much larger than I imagined so sitting on end tables isn't happening (and not positioned optimal either with this option. I just do not get why everything they launch a new product, there is never enough stands. They sound great sitting on make shift stacks to test them, but will be getting packed up until I can get stands (anyone who is married gets this). Again I just don't get how they are never ready for the stand demand every single time. 

Hello everyone from Rome :-)I write because I need the experts of this wonderful brand!I have a full system with Arc + Sub(Gen3) + One, I only watch movies with 4K discs and Playstation 5.I would like to understand if the addition of the Era300 gives me something more about the Atmos, given that the Arc itself already has speakers that go upwards for the Atmos effect.Does buying the Era300 increase the atmos effect? So I would have the Arc + Era300 atmos speakers?Thanks to everyone for the precious advices!

P****D OFF CUSTOMER HERE!!!I got 2 ea ERA 100 and 2 ea ERA 300 for a SURROUND SOUND system, well guess what they dont wokr togther with ARC, I was told by a rep yes all good and will work, so I preordered and waited weeks.   Get them today and well the 100 and 300 DO NOT DO SURROUND SOUND TOGETHER, so I call Sono and for a SURROUND sound you need to have either 4 ea ERA 100 or 4 ea ERA 300 - YOU CAN NOT MIX AND MATCH THEM - LIKE REALLY WTF!!!!  How lame a$$ stupid is that!!!!!!! Wasted time and money!!!!

Hi all, I recently moved into a house with existing wired ceiling speakers right above the TV unit and I already own an ARC, SUB and two Ones as surround. Is it possible to hook two speakers to the SONOS system? Would that be an overkill for what I already have? Thanks
