My wife and I would like to use the same sonos system and the same user account on our mobile phonesI succeed in setting the system with Sonos app on my mobile and my account (iphone) but when my wife uses sonos app on her mobile with the same account, there is nothing. She can’t see the system, or find the products for example.do you what we have to do ?thanks for your helpRegards 

Hi there,I've got a question regarding my setup, in which I'm trying to integrate a projector, streaming device, HDMI audio splitter, and Sonos Amp. I can't get the Amp to recognize ARC input...Devices: Viewsonic PX701-4K projector (2x HDMI input, only 3.5mm output) Apple TV 4K (have also tried Xiaomi Box S) FeinTech VSP01222 HDMI splitter (2x HDMI Input, 1x HDMI output, 1x HDMI ARC output) Sonos Amp The idea is simple, basically like illustrated in the screenshot I found on Google. Connect Apple TV to splitter, send ARC output to Amp, send regular HDMI to projector. But like I said, the Amp won't recognize ARC input.The one thing I'm not sure about is if all my cables are at least HDMI 1.4, which I believe is the minimum required for ARC. But seeing as 1.4 was first released in 2009, I'm assuming this isn't the issue.I've also read about using an HDMI splitter with Optical Out, combined with a (Sonos) HDMI ARC to Optical adapter, to connect to the HDMI-ARC port on the Amp. Any i

I know there a many complaints about the inadequacies of the new app.  Everyday I discover a new nuance that makes my experience frustrating. Is there a place where Sonos is actually taking customer feedback or willingness to talk through our UX? It seems just nuts that for a system that is fully dependent on an app so little thought has gone into its “updates” on the consumer end.   For instance today’s latest update defaulted my services to 5 of my least used services. I could only access my most used services by deleting some other services.  I can no longer sort the services by preference , only “primary”. This sucks for the music enthusiast. 

Since a couple of weeks switching radio stations on sonos radio does not work properly. Sometimes the new station will play, but most of the time the old station starts to play, under the name of the newly selected station.Very annoying if you select an easy listening station for Sunday morning but the metal station from last night starts to play 😵Please fix!

Help! I am about to return these Sonos Era 100s as *nothing* should be this difficult to set up and use!Purchased 2x Sonos Era 100 sets (4 speakers total) after installing, uninstalling, rebooting, restarting for 2 days without so much as getting to be able to play a single song (much less pair them for home atereo) I am thoroughly annoyed; and rather than smashing them to bits in a rage and throwing them into the trash; I'm gonna try to return them. Utter garbage.

After all the issues with the "App Update" the phyical control buttons quit working. Is that ever getting resolved? It's a convenient way to turn up or down the music without finding a phone etc. Any help out there??

I’m not sure if the topic died a natural death? Is there a chance that Sonos will make this functionality available?

hello, i have a beam soundbar (2 generation). i bought one era 100 to pair it as sorround. The problem is that when I go into the app under beam and click on !add sorround”, it doesn't find the era 100. the  era100, meanwhile, I installed it in the wifi network and in my system but, even having put it in the same room, it is not found by the beam. Listening to a song I can decide which system to listen to it with but I can't get the era 100 to go as sorround. Where am I going wrong? thanks 

how to add a 2nd user to my Sonos so they can use the system when the primary user isn't home?

Our Sonos Move has been dormant for 7 months.  I have plugged it in but haven’t been able to find my original playlists.  What should I do?

Could someone from Sonos come to my house wait for this piece of crap to reconnect? It happens every time I turn it on so you’ll probably have to sleep on a cot in the shed.  It also disconnects while it’s playing so you can’t turn it off via app.  I’m available from 5 AM to 11:30 PM 7 days a week.Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the Community Code of Conduct.

Hi I just bought 2 sonos era 300 to pair with my sonos arc as rear surround speakers. I am taking a picture from the POV of my TV. My wife preferably wants to wall mount the speakers. Would blue or red be better? How far away from the couch should the speakers be and how high should they be? Thanks!

Hi All I’ve got multiple Sonos products and they have a nasty habit of dropping connection randomly. My network is an Orbi Mesh network (RBR350 with 2x RBS350’s), I’ve manually assigned and reserved IP addresses to the three sonos speakers I own. The Ray is connected via Ethernet to one of the satellites but the play:3 and the sonos one are connected via wifi. These all have been re-named on the network to ensure there are no name conflicts.  All three will randomly drop from the network. I’ve rebooted the network, reset the sonos speakers, updated everything, done the rejoin the system one at a time and ensured that everything has different addresses. Nothing else on the network drops connection (Mobile phones, laptops, pc’s, chromecasts, apple TV’s, game consoles, etc) just the sonos speakers. Usually when attempting to play “everywhere” after about 10-15 minutes. Sometimes they play fine for hours but will stop unexpectedly with the flashing white light and checking the app requires

Scanning my Music Library in some cases I get wromg song titles.I checked the mp3 tags (ID3v1.1  and ID3v2.x) and titles are shown correct.It’s possible that the tag titles at one time were wrong bur this should be corrected.How do I get Sonos to show the correct song titles?I tried to delete the troublesome files, uninstall Sonos app, remove the Music Library and rescan it.Nothing helps

I sent this to the Sonos CEO email, as this seems to be the only support option available. My main point is to find a solution on the bad situation I find myself in, with the non-functioning new app.Anyone else, if not the CEO, is welcome to give their suggestions and comments, that may help me on the way. I’ve been holding on to my Playbase since 2017 because I not only love the sound of it (it outperformed the Beam Gen 2 + Sub mini when I tested them side by side), but it was also a significant investment. However, I’ve run into a few problems. First, I can’t connect it to my new ERA 100s in order to use them as surrounds, because they’re not compatible with the playbase, which means I’ve lost the ability that my old Play 1 speakers provided. Second, it doesn’t have Dolby Atmos or eARC. And now I’ve run into a 3rd problem. It won’t play sound when I connect it to my new projector, even when I use an HDMI audio extractor box with an optical out, which would normally be the solution. To ensure the problem was indeed with the Playbase and not with the projector, the converter box, or the cable, I connected my spare Samsung soundbar to it and it worked perfectly. I can only imagine it’s an issue with an outdated chip in the Playbase. Does anyone know a fix for this?  

Does someone else sonos Sub Mini not connect properly to the internet wifi? And only works by ethernet??? Ive had the Sub for a week and i cannot connect it to the wifi. It inly works when connected physically… yes the wifi option is on, pls help.

I have added a few speakers recently, they will not group play and i get this error.  Individually i was able to play music from them and the RAY i added plays on the TV fine but will not group play.  I tried to change the network, no difference and same error.  

Hello, Since a couple of days, I cannot see my Sonos system anymore on the app (for Android). It should appear on the bottom of the screen and from there I should be able to choose the different places where I want to distribute the music, and manage the volume.But now, this part of the screen is totally grey and it is totally impossible to listen music !From the app on my PC, everything is working properly. Why is it not possible to align both applications (phone and PC) ??? It's now a long time ago that this bloody phone application is not working properly... just unacceptable ! Thanks for your help. Marie-Christine 

I'm trying to add a move 2 to an existing system. It appears to add normally but I cant see it in App. I can see it on Spotify app.

Arc soundbar - dialogue sound does NOT match the mouths of the actors.  Dialogue Sync does not resolve the problem.  Seems to be ahead or behind on any of the available settings.  Anyone else experiencing this.  Tell me I’m not alone.   side note:  attempted the latest WiFi update to see if it would help, it found the first speaker and identified it as a Move 2.  I don’t have a Move 2.  Ones, Arc, Subwoofers, and an older soundbar (I can’t remember the name), but no Move 2.  Aborted.  Hahahaha sigh. 

Does anyone get Dolby Atmos on the Arc Ultra when streaming YouTube?I try the Atmos demos, and they play as Dolby Digital Plus 2.0. I do get Atmos when streaming Netflix.

75% of the timeI try to use it my Sonos doesn't work.  I have 4 different device and it can't find any system when I am standing next to the router and device.  

I have 2 homes, and want to be able see the custom playlists I use at my main residence. Is there a way to do this. When I get to my Cabin, it’s my account, but it’s like starting over. Any tricks appreciated as I have put lots of time into this! Thanks
