On opening the controller this afternoon after non use for a couple of days the controller window opens but its empty, Windows 11 with latest updates.  I did a system restore to before the latest update thinking it may be the culprit but its not that.  I deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail.

It works fine on my Windows 10 machine, tablet and phone.

Any thoughts anyone?

Sorted.  The clock was wrong on PC, the clock settings were correct but for some unknown reason it was an hour ahead, set to correct time and all is well now.

Any chance your windows 11 machine is on a different subnet (or mesh network connection) than the other devices?

Thanks for the reply but no, nothing has changed, all on same network

Interesting. I think I’d call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Fascinating. Thanks for updating the thread, and I have to wonder why that makes any difference to Sonos.
