Force close the iOS app by swiping it away, then re-open the app. Does Sonos Favourites appear on the home page?

Failing that, go to the very bottom of the iOS app and click Edit Home. Is Sonos Favourites listed as one of the four headings there (i.e. Your Services, Recently Played, Sonos Favourites, Your Sources).

Things I have already Tried:

  1. Force closing and re-opening.
  2. Force closing, restarting my phone and opening.
  3. Moving the favorites to the top.
  4. Complete uninstall and re-install of the Sonos app.
  5. Pray to the electronic gods.

I always get the message: “Unable to load content.”  And, yes, I tried edit and “Favorites” is there.

@Hrzgd

Latest speaker firmware and app software updates were released a couple of hours ago. Update the iOS app to the latest version.

Then on the iOS app, go to Settings / General Settings / System Updates / Check for Updates, and install the latest speaker firmware.

Then close and re-open the app - any difference?

Thank you, Rhonny.

I’ve updated firmware and updated the app in the App Store.  I restarted the app and restarted the phone and then the app, same error.

Hmm… Hopefully someone else will be able to help further on this, as I’m out of ideas. :(
