I have two Move 2 speakers and the sound connection has been an issue from day one.

When playing music from my phone via Bluetooth, the sound randomly cuts in and out for either or both speakers, sometimes there's no sound at all.

For my projector, it got so bad with the sound not working at all most of the time, that I got a cable to connect to one of the speakers. This worked the first time, now not anymore.

I have tried unpairing and re-pairing, made sure they are connected via 5Ghz WiFi, even reset the speakers multiple times.

This is extremely frustrating, especially given the price of these speakers.

I’m confused. Bluetooth is a wireless format, it doesn’t transmit over a wired connection. Nor does it operate on a standard 5Ghz connection. It is its own signal, not carried by other systems. And subject, like any wireless signal, to interference .

What did Sonos Support say, when you called them?
