Hello community,

I have a playbar witch wouldn't connect. And came across this post: https://en.community.sonos.com/home-theater-229129/playbar-not-powering-on-blown-regulator-tps54226-replace-does-not-fix-it-6879440?postid=16638419#post16638419

2 years old but same problems with the main cpu board. TPS54226 blowen powerlane completely shorted. Pin 9 on TPS54226 is shortet to ground. Pin 9 is alsow shorter to Pin 1, 5, 8 and 10. Don't know if this right. After further investigation I found a ic with a "big" hole in it. Near the cpu.

U55-Markings: IDT6V4919 8APGG 1507T A58636FMY

Does any one have a idea were i can buy this part ?

Before inserting the new IC make sure that the power supply is healthy. Something wanted out of the IC very badly -- strongly suggesting a power supply problem. I wouldn’t be surprised if other IC’s have been damaged.
