When I play music from a Pandora station, Sonos shows the song title “on Napster” instead of “on Pandora”.  What has changed? 

I'm wondering why I'm no longer able to play my Mixcloud content on my Sonos speakers. Adding my uploads to the queue, at first there's nothing (error 1002), but soon after the queue does appear. However, when I try to play the queue, nothing will play. If I try to play an individual song-mix "show" from the list of uploads, I get the error again, and nothing happens. I can play my bought content an Bandcamp okay in shuffle mode. I tried playing a Featured Playlist from Tidal, but got the error again and nothing. I'm not able to clear the Mixcloud queue that's still showing. When I try to play a radio station, after some spinning of the circle I get "Unable to play the radio station".Is this a known problem with Sonos? If so, is it something that will ever be remedied?Further investigation leads me to believe that Sonos is rendering my speaker relegated to the S1 Controller obsolete. Offering me a 30% discount on an upgrade is not something I want or should need to do. The old speaker

Hi,I just noticed that songs from Youtube Music service are repeated infinitely! If I scroll down a playlist or album, the same songs of the list are loaded again and again (Ex. if I open a playlist with 50 songs and scroll down that list, it does not stop on the 50th song, the app just loads these 50 songs again and again). This happens on some playlist and/or albums, but “unforunately” not on all (some playlists/albums work normally. If I try to load such a playlist/album the queue is filled up with thousands of songs, sometimes over 20’000 songs are loaded into the queue.This leads to heavy performance issues! (Queue flickering, songs are not playing, skipping/selecting songs not working, etc.)It happens in the Android and web app. Not sure if it is a problem of Sonos, or the Youtube service plugin.Anybody else facing this problem?

Impossible to connect to local streaming radios like One FM, LFM, Rouge FM in Switzerland.it looks like connections works from time to time but always though it is not true with RTS Première and Spotify.What is the issue with these radios?

My system is never found.  I have multiple rooms with Speakers, soundbar, sub and receiver.  It’s so unstable it’s shocking.  Wifi is strong.  There are no issues with connection and proximity to the router.  What can i do???

Este funciona con la app sonos 2.  Entonces no consigo de tener todo el sistema conectado con una sola app. Realmente es una lástima, porque he invertido en sonos por su flexibilidad… además desde que he cargado la app sonos 2, no consigo tener el control de mis altavoces y 1, 5, y sub)… en síntesis he perdido en com¡trol de mis sonos. I’m so sick of this, but how in the world is the Volume Control still so laggy????  Volume control has a total mind of it’s own.  I just blew my in-laws out of the room because all the sudden my volume went to 11 (yes - Spinal Tap reference).  COME ON, fix the basics. Volume Control = SUCKS! Speaker Selection = SUCKS!This is what I paid for, simple home audio.  It used to be simple when I started purchasing Sonos 10+ years ago.  Now, a decade later (and me investing thousands and thousands of dollars of hardware), I have a system that works about as well as what you would expect a $19.99 speaker from the local drug store to work.  COME ON SONOS - FIX THIS ALREADY.

When will you add the Yandex.Music service in Kazakhstan?  As a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I don't care about the conflict of other countries, I just want to listen to music in hi-res. Running a Plex server on a Raspberry Pi attched to a local net. On the same net I’ve got two Sonos Speakers (Beam and Sonos One) and I have been able to add the connection to Plex in the App and sonds are seen but as soon as I try to play anything it halts. If I have a playlist Sonos run thru the list without beeing able to start playback.

Want to raise some issues because the user experience is dreadful. It was fine when we had two speakers and it was my partner who set up the account first even though they were my speakers I bought them. First thing was when I went and bought another speaker I wasn’t the account holder and couldn’t add it to my house! Ridiculous. On my Android phone the app was buggy and hell and wasn’t loading which is why we did it on his phone. Not realising how insane it is that I cannot set up my own later and pair the two speakers because we want different system set ups. I don’t want to log into the account and see his stuff. Is there no concept of Data protection at Sonos?Now again the system has grown to 10 speakers. Some speakers are to be shared - communal living areas. Other’s like our own offices and workshops separate. All part of the same house. We do not want to have 3 systems. I'm experiencing an issue with my Sonos Era 100 stereo pair and Sub Mini when using AirPlay from my Mac Studio. After pausing playback for a few minutes, upon resuming, the progress bar on my MacBook indicates that the content is playing, but there's no sound from the speakers. Disconnecting and reconnecting AirPlay resolves the issue temporarily, but it's inconvenient to do this repeatedly. IOS 18.3.1Sonos App Build 80.16.32-release +20250123.d5840Get a “something went wrong” message trying to use the Search Function on my NAS hosted Music LibraryGoing over to the Windows APP, no issues.Another issue is the track being played on the Port (as selected by the Windows App) does not match the album graphic on the IOS APP, that was the prior track used to first connect and test the IOS APP Was indeed working. 

I am having all kinds of trouble trying to get my play one speakers to consistently stay active on the Sonos app. The app itself is also having serious problems with remaining stable and sometimes works perfectly for a few minutes and then is completely not accessible. This used to be a very stable software and hardware situation, but ever since the new app came out, we have had all kinds of trouble and just tolerated it sometimes by leaving the speakers on all the time and physically turning them up and down on each speaker…Not ideal, Highly frustrating, but a work around. I’m pretty sure it’s the newer Sonos app since that’s where and when the problem started. We even tried switching back to the old Sonos app version and it is not functioning at all. So I have a few thousand dollars worth of Sonos products that feel like they are becoming worthless devices that sound amazing at times when they do work.And any help or advice would be appreciated although I’m not holding my expectation

I’m always struggling with the volume button in the app. It’s very small and if you quickly want to change volume it is annoying. Also the volume-indicator is at the right side of the screen so if you are right handed it is more difficult.   I was wondering if you could customize this somewhere in the app. I cannot find it but maybe I overlooked something.if not I hope it can be on the todo list for the developers..  someone knows more on this topic?regards,Jan (a happy user of Sonos) 

EQ / Sound function dor Bass and treble doesn’t even show up on any of my speakers that allows me to change treble/bass,

I just observed a quirk and wondered if this was a SONOS or NAS issue.I noticed that many of my albums had duplicate entries in the Album view and it seems that SONOS is cataloguing everything in the NAS recycle bin?I had been converting all my WAV compilation albums to FLAC and had a large volume of wav files in the recycle bin otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed it, It’s an ASUSTOR Flashstor 6. The problem was cleared when I emptied the recycle bin but its an unwelcome extra step if I have to check & empty my recycle bins before updating the media library.    

Hi, sine the last update. I can search mixcloud, select track. But it will not play. Press play, icon looks like it's starting, but just sits there. Reinstalled app, just in case. But no luck.

I follow the Sonos instructions to add BBC Soubds but it does not appear in the content services list. How can I add it?

I am having troubles accessing albums stored in my NAS library, going via library/albums. All albums listed as “(Compilations)” (in grey, below the album title) are apparently empty, i.e. the Sonos controller shows “No selections are available.” when clicking on the album. “Ordinary” albums, i.e. showing instead the artist’s name under the album title, display the full album content.When I access the “Compilations” albums via the library/folders/... selection, the album content is properly displayed.Any solution?

I have several imported playlists that have a lot more songs in the Sonos queue compared to the playlist.  For example, I have a playlist (Rock Unrated) that has 558 songs.  When I start the imported playlist in Sonos, the queue says it has 48,546 songs. Another playlist has 321 songs, but when played on Sonos the queue has 56,496 songs.I created the auto playlist in Musicbee.  The playlist is then exported to a M3U file that Sonos imports.This only happens when I start the playlist with my iPhone Sonos app.  If I start the imported playlist with the Windows Sonos software, it has the correct number of songs.    

The new Sonas app is awful. It typically will not connect to music even when the music is playing, hence I cannot switch the music of,but worst problem is trying to control the volumes of the various sonas speakers. Even when I adjust the volume in the app it mysteriously changes itself back to the other setting.trying to adjust volumes is almost impossible and VERY VERY frustrating.fthis app should not have been released in such a dismal and poor state. It really damages Sonas reputation and brand.when will these problems be fixed..?
