I just discovered that MyTuner Radio no longer works in Sonos. I deleted the service and reinstalled it, to no avail. Yesterday it was functioning normally. Did something change I'm not aware of? Or maybe there is a Sonos-rep who can shed some light on this problem? Thanks in advance.

I just tried and everything is working as before. It's a mystery to me...

Makes you wonder if the server that myTuner told Sonos to point to burped, for some reason, or that there might have been some sort of DNS issue between your speakers and their server, which got resolved through the mysteries that are ‘the internet’.

Also noticing that (some) MyTuner stations stopped working…

These work perfectly fine on the website, but not via Sonos:

It either:

  • ...appears to be playing, but there's no sound
  • …gives “Couldn't play content. Try again” followed by “Something went wrong”

Is it coincidence that it's all dutch public radio broadcast stations?

But why does it work via the website but not via Sonos?

I wish I could see the diagnostic logs in the Sonos app...

Since myTuner chooses which content they ‘present’ to Sonos on their connection, I’d reach out to myTuner.

As far as I’m aware, myTuner has a different server for Sonos content, which is not the same one they use for their own website. It may be a simple ‘publishing’ error.

That being said, I too would love to be able to have access to the Sonos diagnostic data. Unfortunately, I suspect that would infringe on various jurisdictions privacy laws, and Sonos is being proactive, and global, in restricting our view. :)
