Has been for 3 days, won't load. Mobile app ok, sonos 2 PC app ok. although I have to reset it almost daily for some reason. 

What is it you are resetting almost daily?


If the web app isn't working check your LAN filters and blocks. Also any VPN settings.

Silly forum doesn't show the post title when browsing posts so it took a bit to figure out what was at issue.


Hi Guys, nothing has changed with my NBN router or Aquila AX6000's, all 3 of them. Don't have any issues with other windows apps. As for resetting, it's related to the sonos 2 app on the pc, I get "check for updates” check that, comes back up to date, check DONE, goes back to same screen, check for updates, so I have to reset the App, usually works, but may need to do it 2x or so before the system shows.


It appears that it not loading in Edge, I can't see my account on the web app. Chrome is ok, as is Mozilla. I've signed out in other apps but noting working in Edge,,,, Microsoft maybe!
